Update:I will add a few stars due to getting a refund on the extra amount taken out of my account earlier. I do understand Florida is one of the WORST states for insurance prices. But I still feel the rates kept increasing too frequently, too much at one time and the Milewise turned out to not be so great. I am thankful for the lower price while it lasted and thank you for trying to get an agent closer to my new location, although that agent called the wrong phone# even after I left a voice mail for him and then he never replied to me after that. When I was finally able to talk to someone, the price just wasn't going to work out for the little amount I have driven. I know you probably stay swamped with phone calls and emails, but it would've been nice to at least get a reply offering to give a phone call to solve the issue as I was emailing 3 people at one point and getting no reply from any of them.Tried the program called Milewise that is for people who don't drive that much. I drove my car about 10 miles a day at that time. At first, the price every few months was great. Then they started raising it a whopping $20-30 each time. And I started being charged more often than I was before. Then I needed help because I was moving and at first they were replying to me but then when I realized they don't have Milewise where I went and that I was going to be paying too much, I wanted to cancel and all the sudden, NO ONE would reply to me. **Had a questionable amount of money taken out but it was refunded.

I have been trying to save as much as every body, and I heard drive wise frogram to use drive safely and save money. I went to the office setup and didn't work tried to talk on the phone with people didn't help me much ? mine still doesn't work like my friend across street from me .She saving $30 to $40 monthly .
