This is one of my favorite stores to shop and wonder, compare brands, and just look at the footwear. Household appliances. The place was clean and the parking plentiful.

"MAN" NAMED TIM AT THIS STORE AND AVOID HAVING HIM DO YOUR AMAZON RETURNS IF POSSIBLE!!
To begin with, this "man" was extremely rude to say in the nicest way with the way he "assisted" me if we even want to call it that.
I came in to complete my Amazon returns and Tim showed a countless number of times a lack of respect towards me as an individual, extremely hostile behavior for absolutely ZERO REASON, and even was aggressively rude the entire time barking back when he had asked me questions and I politely answered but aggressively remained to bark back to me.
He acted like a child the ENTIRE TIME I wanted to complete my 3 Amazon returns.
I had waited a couple seconds to max one minute long until Tim had noticed me waiting to do a return. He stopped, paused, and stared at me like I had completely ruined his day. As soon as he turned to see me, he huffed so loudly, making it very well known I could hear his bothered demeanor and tone right off the bat, and when he turned back around to head behind the counter, he had fully and without a doubt muffled something under his breath enough for me to hear but not clearly.
When he started the process of completing my returns, he acted like a child the entire time.
Again, huffed as soon as he saw me wanting to make a return, raised his voice at me EVERY TIME I answered HIS questions, and even slammed things like his own Kohls or Amazon device.
This "man" was 3 or 4 times my age and acted like a complete child throwing a tantrum. I get everyone has bad days but come on, this is not something to brush under the rug.
I came in to start the process to complete my Amazon return like one is allowed to do since Kohls is an option on the app to do your Amazon returns. I as well personally trust Kohls more than UPS to handle my return. I have done this for years nothing bad of experience besides this guy “Tim.”
When he asked me questions and I ANSWERED, he would remain RAISING his voice at me, kept BARKING BACK AT ME repeating “OKAY! *huff* WHAT ELSE!” EACH TIME I had to scan my Amazon barcode.
I hope someone has him take accountability because from the way he acted it seems like it is a regular thing for him, and he has done this countless number of times without a care in the world for any repercussion.
Honestly from the looks of it, probably does it all the time with how much he blatantly made it abundantly clear how much assisting a customer upsets him.
Either management does not care and lets him do as he pleases, or worst case is that he IS management and does as he pleases which would be horrifying to find out Kohls hires people like him as well as people like him take full advantage of their status and disregard simple human decency. It would be extremely upsetting to find out you hired him and gave him a higher position with this type of attitude he gives towards your customers.
I feel bad for those who have to encounter him because he left such an awful taste in my mouth of not wanting to go back ever again to this store and I have been going to that store since I was a little girl with my mom.
You guys need to rethink your staffing on who you should let represent your company because this guy ruined it.

The new registers for self help are wonderful for the busy adult, I have never had a bad experience at this Kohl’s, no one points me to the direction, they walk with me, plenty of parking always, neat dressing rooms and very clean restrooms.

Great selection of inventory. Check out associates were exceptional. However, could not find assistance on the sales floor and we did look. We still made purchase without help.

Update June 2024: Checkout and return counter have been remodeled to be more like a Home Goods or TJ Maxx. Self checkout stations are there but not yet in use.
Older review but still relevant: A Kohl's. I am growing weary of the jacked up prices that then are marked down so you get a "deal." But that is the game I guess.

As I was checking out with a nice young man.
I had multiple items and two different shopping carts.
A horrible team member tells me you can't take one of the carts outside. (I knew that as I am a Kohls card member).
I looked at her and I said, me, She rudely says your the only guy here. I held my tongue with my retort.
However she needs a corrective interview regarding people skills.
BTW..this is the second time at this store with poor or rude service.
