As usual Kiefer in LOL is a friendly and knowledgeable jewelery store. Everyone is super friendly and always greet you as you walk in. Been going there for years and will continue to drive an hour or so to get there. Well worth the drive.

I went to Kiefer Jewelers to have my current ring put into a new setting. I worked with Lauren to figure out what I wanted. She was awesome! She took the time to text me pictures of the progress of my custom ring and I couldn’t be happier! The ring is amazing and I really felt taken care of by Lauren. She is the best!

This is by far the best jewelry store in land o lakes/ Lutz area. Melissa and Christy have always been helpful. They have helped with an engagement ring, tennis bracelet, watches, and now an urn pendant. They also make custom jewelry. Highly recommend.

I had an amazing experience purchasing a Rolex for my wife at Keifer Jewelers. After a short wait of less than 2 months, we got the call that the watch was ready to be picked up. Although we arrived to the store shortly before closing time ( we live 2 hours away), we never felt rushed. Our salesperson Kayla gave us a joyful and memorable experience that included champagne and gift wrapping as the watch was an anniversary gift. Kayla and the rest of staff were very patient as they helped size the bracelet, went over warranty information and how to properly use and care for the new watch. I would highly recommend this store and look forward to doing more shopping with them in the future.
