Katrina, Adeleesa, Mo and especially Maddie went above and beyond to sell my house in the time frame I needed at a good price. We went from offer to coding in five days., Yes, five days! Our expectations from the start was to sell our place. By the time we interviewed Madewell Group we knew we would get a higher price than we were originally expecting! We had a good experience from the interview all the way through the selling process, and enjoyed working with them. We really appreciated when Katrina stepped in to help with an inexperienced buyer, as other realtors might not have made this extra effort. We wouldn't change anything about the experience as they were very friendly and easy to work with, very joyful spirited, and the closing gift they gave to us was amazing!! We have received gifts from other realtors in the past but, nothing like this one! If we were to use one word to describe working with the Madewell Group it would have to be excellence. We absolutely feel they earned the 5 stars as they went the extra mile working with the buyer as well. We would absolutely tell others they should have the Madewell Group for their realtor.

Trusted Real Estate Advisor! Katrina was referred to us by my husbands parents because she helped them relocate from Maryland. They said she was like a bull dog when it comes to getting things done and representing our best interest. She really helped them and us through the process, especially in suggesting communities that were a fit, and it was nice because she video toured the home and the community and all around the common areas so that we could see what it was like without even being there. It gave us a head start on the acclaimation of the area and the community. Also Katrina helped us with short term rental housing because our new build was not ready and it was delayed for several months so it was nice not having to stress about housing.

Exceeded My High ExpectationsLet me tell you - Katrina came prepared! I knew she was knowledgeable because of her radio show, but her in-depth experience and fantastic team still blew me away.I went into this with some complex requirements, tons of questions, and ended up getting everything I wanted out of it. She was thorough, has excellent follow-through, and lets you know up-front what to expect from the whole process.The market may be chaotic, but I knew I was in good hands. AMAZING! Blown away with how easy this process was! The Madewell Group was so professional, and made it easy for us to sell our home. When I first met Katrina and we signed our agreement, she helped us prepare for the sale a few months in advance before launching the listing to the public. She recommended a pre listing inspection and we were happy to get that done because it saved us time and money later. The listing process and the staging she recommended was money well spent. The photography, way the photos were presented, open houses and more exceeded our expectations. We wanted a Realtor that got results! We got multiple offers and sold the first weekend that we hit the market.
