Today I had a uniquely pleasant experience. It’s rare that I even consciously consider how an establishment’s employees impact my experience, unless it’s really bad or extraordinarily good. Today it was the latter. I walked in just browsing with not much intent to make a purchase and walked out confident that I bought the exact right shoes for me. I wish I could remember the sales associate’s name because I owe it to him. He was knowledgeable, but not pushy. He was caring, but not fake. Every concern I had about the shoes, he had an answer for why I was making the right decision. Even if these were subtle sales techniques built over a long career in his line of work, I’m not upset because I still loved the shoes I ended up going with. This associate has now set an unrealistic standard for me and I was then consciously comparing my experience to the rest that I had in the outlets that day. Give this guy a raise or at the very least a pat on the back. Thanks for a welcoming and comforting environment today. All I could find was the sales person ID on the receipt which is 472309, you did a great job!

Visited this past weekend. Plenty of shoes and styles to choose from, along with other clothing items. I identified several pairs of shoes that I'd want to purchase later; however, the exact brand that I wanted wasn't sold at this outlet - rather sold at another retailer who carries the brand. Staff was great and ensured all my inquiries were addressed and my overall experience was satisfactory.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCE LET THEM ORDER ANYTHING FOR YOU!!!! It is a NIGHTMARE to get resolved if you must do an exchange or return. Ordered a pair of shoes at the store. They came in, were too big. Exchanged, they were then too small. Decided to just get a refund. Two months later......still waiting.....

Visited the store on 11/22/22 at 10 a.m. when the posted hours said the store opened. It’s now 10:15 a.m. and the store still isn’t open nor is anyone answering the phone. That’s definitely not how a retail chain store in a mall should operate! Especially during this time of year when people are doing their holiday shopping and ready to spend some money!
