“My dad is 90 and needed a few links removed from a watch band. These fine folks wrestled with the band (the gentleman admitted this is a difficult band to change) foe about 10 minutes and then told me I didn't owe him a dime. They have a lovely selection of unique jewelry and it was a zero pressure environment.
