  Devyn is absolutely amazing! I was a walk-in and was fortunate to have Devyn as my stylist. She understands fine hair and how to cut it so it looks full and lively. She explained every step and every product and why she choose to use certain products. She was never pushy and answered all my questions thoroughly. I highly recommend Devyn and will return to J. Joseph Salon in Sunlake Center, Lutz, to see her specifically. Thank you Devyn! I am very pleased with my style.

  I was really excited to get my hair done but unfortunately the receptionist made me extremely uncomfortable on a phone call. Days before I had called to ask if my appointment can add something (fine if it can’t) the receptionist at the time wasn’t fully listening or I was cutting out she canceled my appointment and booked me with someone that could do the extra thing I wanted but someone more expensive. That’s fine I didn’t complain cause I don’t want to cause an issue with canceling that and booking my original one due to her not hearing me properly. But today I got a call asking if I can change my time again fine I called back the same minute I got the miss call but I was placed on hold for a bit and then the receptionist picked up extremely rude and aggressive even my fiancé was confused I told her about the original being canceled and asked to reschedule this one she became more hostile and when she asked my name I said Annabelle Goldstein she said there’s no one is the system with my name then I said that’s impossible they booked me another one and canceled the one I wanted to keep then she says in a snobby voice there is a Annabelle Gold”stien” is that the name u gave me? Not even 5 seconds after I told her my name and she claimed there was no one with that name even tho it’s spelled the same as my name she just gave different pronunciation for the “stein” at the end of my name
