“My fiancé and I came to Tampa for the Sleep Token concert on 5/6/24, and booked a room here so we wouldn't have to drive all the way back home after the show. The service we received as soon as we walked in, was phenomenal. Everyone was so nice and helpful! We got 2 waters for being Hilton members which was great especially on a hot day. When I walked into the room, both of the TVs said "Welcome Rachel". I think that's just the coolest thing ever! Also being able to check in, open the door, and control the lights with my phone made things even easier. The room itself was very clean, and I loved all of the thought put in to what people might need during their stay. A makeup remover, shower cap, a shoe cleaning mitt, eating utensils, pots, pans, etc. The bed was very comfortable and I absolutely LOVED the pillows. It was very quiet as well, so when I got back from the concert it was easy to relax. My fiancé got breakfast downstairs the next morning and said the scrambled eggs were really good. I'm sure I'll be back to Tampa for another show and I will definitely stay here again. “We had to change our original stay with another hotel because the service was unacceptable. We were able to get a room for 4 days in short notice. The stay was better than we expected and the services were top notch.
Especially, the service provide by Nancy and Rita during the breakfast hours. Their attention to our needs were very much appreciated and left SpringHill Suites with a positive experience. We certainly plan to return in future visits.”

“Very nice accommodations. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Appreciated the shuttle to and from Busch Gardens (which was actually within walking distance for those that wished to walk). This was the quietest hotel we have ever stayed at, never heard our "neighbors" or any hall noise.”

“People were extremely nice. Breakfast was good. They were kind enough to extend the brekafast time as people were still coming. Clean area. Didn't use pool but looked enjoyable.”
“Been coming here for a very long time. Love to get the points for free nights. My only complaint is the oj is never sweet. Kind of watery. Not sure why they don’t serve sausage anymore. And the bath towels could be larger.”

“This is a decent little long stay/extended stay spot in Tampa. It's location is central to a lot of the things I have going on and I usually know several people staying in different rooms. I've never rented a room here buy I've been a guest many times and the establishment is pretty decent. I can't comment on showers or anything like that, but it's a good place to chill and take in the university area.”

“Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and plenty big enough. Bathroom lighting not good but serviceable. Only 1 entrance to hotel so if coming from the other direction you have to make a u-turn, but is only a couple of blocks from the interstate.. Overall a great place to stay. Joyce, the manager, was super nice and helpful as well!”

“Rooms are enough for family with 2 kids. Beds are not so comfortable but not bad. Breakfast is so so. But u can find 24 hour coffe complimentary. Parking is a problem not too much space, u have to park next hotel parking lot. Cleaning is ok. When u ask something they bring u very quickly. Over all with price is ok. And the area is ok if u have car. Not very close to shopping or dine but with car 10-15 min u can reach all.”
