“It was 9:25pm (closing time) and Carol welcomed me to check out with so much joy! Chit chatting I told her I was moving, she shared info on Home Sense and educated me on the credit card for me to save during moving. She has such a filling personality.
The manager Blake (cool blonde and black hair style) was amazing as well, really treated me like a valued customer.
The store is clean, organized, and has lots of options.”

“My husband and I bought the split top king a few years ago. We love it! Now he can have his side soft and I can have a firmer side. We both are very happy. At one point his side lost all air and wouldn't stay inflated. We called customer service and a new one was sent to us. It was pretty easy to install and we haven't had an issue since. The best feature with our particular bed is the partner snore function. If he starts snoring, I hit the button and it gently lifts his side of the bed just enough that it reduces his snoring so he feels better and I can sleep. ? We also purchased the base that not only lifts our heads, but will also lift our legs. It is very comfy and is a great help when changing the sheets.
This is a big investment. Make sure to pay attention when salespeople explain about the warranty and about returns. The base is furniture and is not included in the 30 day return. I do suggest taking the 30 days to test the mattress at different settings until you find the one that's right for you. It did take about two weeks until I found my setting. Their bed linen is expensive, but you can get less expensive sets elsewhere that will fit.
All in all a great investment!”

“Ok, so I got drug in here against my will. Yes I had to buy a lot of furniture on the promise my home life would be much improved. Really happy with the furniture, the delivery guys from Miami and Edwin, our salesman. Expensive but decent quality stuff. Did my life improve? Ha no. Now we need an entire new kitchen for that to happen”
