They do a great job! BUT THEY TELL YOU ONE PRICE AND WHEN YOU ARE DONE THEY CHANGE THE PRICE 10 TO 15 DOLLARS MORE. THEY HAVE DONE THIS TO ME TWICE NOW.

I cannot say enough amazing things about this nail salon! Nelson does my nails everytime and he is soooo amazing and talented! Everyone at this salon is so talented and everyone makes you feel so welcome! Thank you to all of the nail technicians for their hard work, this is my forever nail salon! I’m attaching a picture of my last set Nelson did because I am OBSESSED!

Grand Nail Spa is a great place to get any type of nail service. The pedicure chairs are relaxing. There are hundreds of colors to choose from, no matter which type of nail treatment you would like to have (ie. acrylic, dipped, etc.). Reservations are not required, but you may have to wait in the later afternoon or evening.
Requested style: I get dipped nails. My stylist is very careful to take off the previous nails without damaging my current nails. I frequently ask for nail art or special mixtures, which is never a problem.
Cleanliness: The Spa is always meticulously clean. The pedicure chairs are cleaned immediately following each time it is used.

A group of friends and I have made it a point for some time now to go every 3 weeks for some relax and girl time…we get dips and a pedicure every other visit. The whole staff is friendly and welcoming, Nelson is my tech and he does a fabulous job…will make suggestions for fun colors and a fancy nail for some pop!!! We enjoy our time, always book our next visit before we leave and Nelson will send me a reminder text. Shout out to Bo and Jason for our girl group too!! ??

at first he glued on my pinky nail crooked and said he would “fix it later”. Then he tried to tell me they didn’t have smaller diamonds and i had to look and pick them out for him. he didn’t put any effort into anything, cut me, and i left bleeding. He then tried to put ALCOHOL on my OPEN cut. Then i went to pay and he continued to offer me rubbing alcohol for my open cut. He didn’t charge me for the diamonds, but i still paid 55 dollars to leave in discomfort and bleeding with one crooked nail. Overall, this shows laziness and lack of knowledge on how to do a simple set of nails. I will NEVER be returning to this technician. What an embarrassment for grand nail spa.

Horrible!! The worst nails I've ever had .too thick, too short , tooooooo ugly . Very disappointed & I will tell all my friends, family & neighbors to never go back to your spa
EDIT: I went back today after being contacted, & they took a very good care of me , I had a new & perfect gel fullset for free ? I'm a happy customer again ?

I Cannot say enough great things about Grand Nails and my tech Nelson! He is absolutely the best in the business. He always schedules my next appt before I leave and I get a reminder text the day before from him. He is so flexible with my schedule and goes above and beyond to make my nails beautiful every time. I love his suggestions when I come in and I’m uncertain what color to pick.. he’s very creative and take great care of me. Please ask for Nelson as you won’t be disappointed ?

We just moved to the area and really lucked out by finding this salon! My nails haven't looked this good in years! My daughter is also thrilled with her nails. We will both be back for sure!

Cut 5 times on one nail. Hook notch under every nail excess product. Cuticle cut on 2 additional nails. No oil or massage. Nail size comparable to each nail is 1/8” off.

Usually I have a great experience in your salon, however today was very unusual. I had Jason(?), he was very rough, rude, and didn’t care to ask what type of pedicure I’d like. He did not massage legs or feet, scrub, or smooth out any calaises, subpar for anything. I am completely floored at the lack of service when there is no management in the facility. When people schedule a service to be done, they expect the service to be performed. It was not a relaxing experience at all, rather a stressful experience. My feet are sore because he was rough while trimming cuticles and toe nails very short to the point they hurt, which I asked just to file. I also requested a fill on the acrylic on my toes, and he would not do it. So I’m not even sure why I paid for a service. I walked out completely disgruntled. At this point I will not be back, and I will make sure not to refer anyone to this salon.

Very disappointed in their service and nails turned out very poor. I’ve been a few times before with decent service but today was terrible. Tina was my nail tech and they did not turn out good at all. She was clearly told to hurry as she became shaky and speeding through my service. Most of my nails have cuticles half cut off with sloppy polish and uneven and sharp edges around the nail. Towards the end of my service, she started on someone’s pedicure while my nails dried; not an uncommon thing but she never came back to finish. A guy ended up coming over later to finish my nails but completely skipped the lotion and massage portion at the end and I felt incredibly rushed out. I’m 8.5 months pregnant and decided to treat myself but it ended up being a very uncomfortable service and was left with terrible nails.

It's hit or miss here when it comes to getting quality and what you want. I only continue to come here cause it's conveniently located across the street from me. The vibe is great but be ready for language barrier cause you will ask for stiletto nails and end up with coffin nails. Lol ! They have the most color options i have ever had and I love that. Always hard for me to pick a color. They sometimes offer you something to, they will ask you on your first visit and after that its some times. I recommend finding your favorite nail tech and stick to them for consistency.

nails all different shapes. very rushed. i got a full set of acrylic with gel, and requested a simple design on two of the nails. design looked nothing like my picture
