Agree with others posting about the wait. I've ordered from Gainesville Coins for years but recently the wait for the product is obsured. I ordered 2 months ago and am still waiting. When I call it's the same answer....give it another week....we are busy.

I have dealt with Gainesville Coins over the years and had a good experience but the last two times it is absolutely ridiculous how long it takes them to ship the gold. I ordered this time on February 13, 2024. Just called on March 28, 2024 and they said it would be another 10 days to ship along with the 7 days to get here which puts the order out for two months. They claim they have such volume it takes longer. Bottom line, I ordered from American Gold Exchange (AGE) out of Austin, TX. the same day in February and have had that order for a month now. Gainesville needs to get in the game and cut their lead times down.

So it's been over a month now. I've ordered about 10 to 12 coins. Nothing big. Just a $600 purchase to try them out. I do invest heavily in gold and silver. However I've always used a different app I had a friend tell me about Gainesville so I figure I'd try them out with a very small purchase and I'm glad I did. It's been well over 30 days and I've got no product. I tried calling numerous times. I'm on hold the whole time. Nobody ever answered and left emails. I did get a couple responses but no clear date as to when my product was shipped. So far I've had horrible customer service and I don't think I'll be using these guys ever again, I'm just glad I didn't make a big purchase. I will update my review if and when I get my products or speak to somebody on the phone....I buy with apmex large amounts and always been good I only tried theses guys cause of friends recommendations…UPDATE It’s been almost 6 months with no communication from Gainesville coins. I’ve checked in overtime with no definite answer. It is now April 2024. I have received my order in full. It’s a shame it took so long. I would have bought so much more from them because their prices are so much cheaper. I just can’t trust them. It should never take six months to get an order shipped out.
