We had an outstanding experience with Flooring Master from the moment we walked into the showroom to the final day of installation. Our salesperson, Sebastian, was incredibly knowledgeable and patient as he guided us through all of our flooring options. He took the time to explain the differences between the different materials, helped us compare styles, and made sure we felt confident in our decisions. His professionalism and willingness to answer every question made the selection process easy and stress-free.
Our project manager, Sergio, kept everything running smoothly. He communicated clearly and checked in with us regularly. No matter where they were in the process, he always made time to address any questions or concerns, which we appreciated.
The installation crew was polite, respectful, and extremely hardworking. They took great care to protect our home, kept the mess to a minimum, and maintained a clean workspace throughout the project. Their attention to detail really shows — the finished floors look fantastic.
Flooring Master delivered excellent service, quality workmanship, and a seamless experience from start to finish. We’re very happy with the results and highly recommend them to anyone considering new flooring.

I had an excellent experience with Floor Master from start to finish. Joey in sales was incredibly patient and took the time to answer all my questions, explain the options, and make sure I felt comfortable with every step. His communication was clear, timely, and very professional. It took us a few months to decide what to pick, many back and forth. Once we made decision, he ordered materials immediately and assisted to schedule installation. The installation team did a great job as well. They cleaned the space every day after work, never left any trash behind. They worked hard and completed the work on schedule. My floors look beautiful, we are very happy to get rid of carpets!
I highly recommend Floor Master and especially Joey for anyone looking for quality flooring and great customer service!

They are very friendly there. Joey at Flooring Masters in Lutz really took his time to explain the different types of wood look flooring they had to offer and gave me samples to take home to help me make a decision. I look forward to purchasing my new floors from them soon!

We closed on our home in August, Sebastian was able to help us pick the best carpet for our kids room, stairs and main bedroom. The day we closed he was able to meet us at our house to take measurements and place the order right away. We couldn't be happier with the results. Julio and the installers did a fantastic job with the installation. Sebastian provided us with updates on our orders and made sure to communicate any issues. We are very pleased with Flooring Master.

Customer service is by far the best. On top of great quality products and quick service, this incredible team also blessed our daughter with a few scrap pieces of flooring, for her to practice her tap dancing on. It was so kind... thank you all again so much!

Flooring Master did a PHENOMENAL job on redoing our floors throughout our entire 2-story home! They were very prompt with communication, easy to get on their schedules, and did an outstanding job in making sure they job got done efficiently.
I would also HIGHLY recommend Daisy and Carlos as the contractors to request if possible. They went above and beyond and completed all the work with a high level of excellence. Highly recommend getting your floors done through this company.

Our journey to replace the laminate on the main floor of our house (about 2600 sq ft in total) started when we went to one of the national warehouse flooring retailers. From there we went to the familiar DIY big box retailers and while we were enticed by the price and deals they offered, after we read reviews on installation issues (3rd party installers) we quickly shifted our focus to those that specialized in flooring and installation, in this case locally. That lead us to Flooring Master. Their expertise and advice was immediately obvious. We were given all the samples we wanted to take home to help with our decision. We spent a few weeks going back and forth to the store until we made our final selection. Tim and the team were both patient and helpful through it all. After we agreed on the competitive quote, we were scheduled promptly and a team came and banged out the job over 3 days. Alfonso (I hope I got his name right) and his crew were clearly skilled and knowledgeable in what they were doing and did a fantastic job with great attention to detail, including leveling the floor, caulking and baseboard. The day after finishing the job Sergio (the installation manager) called to see if all was done to our satisfaction. When it turned out that a few of the floor pieces would need replacing, with no questions asked Sergio had the crew back the next day and they replaced those pieces in an hour and a half. Not only was the overall install great, but the after sales service was second to none, something critical in this business. This is the difference between a company specialized in flooring installations compared to those who sub out work to third parties. We are extremely happy with the floor we selected, the installation and Flooring Master overall. We would send everyone we know their way!

Received estimates from 3 companies. Flooring Master was competitive price wise but the customer service from EVERYBODY at Flooring Master was exceptional. Friendly, obviously experienced. Installers were professional and courteous. Selection was GREAT! Best I found in the area. The quarter round installation, prime and paint were excellent. I have never seen better. The flooring installation was great! I have no complaints. Every single person from Joey at the showroom, to Alonzo and his installation crew, to Sergio, Installation Manager, to all representatives in the Lutz showroom, were truly a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend! Would not use anybody else!
