I would give 1 star because of the way dealership handled their customer. I had my car issue for which diagnosis was done in April. I did not take service at that time. I went back after 2 months and I was told that they will try to waive off diagnosis fee but later on they actually charged more than what they originally told. Above all they mentioned in the diagnosis report that customer declined to take service even though they did not have part available. They should mention that customer can't take service due to lack of supply. Very disappointed with the service and charges way more than other Chrysler franchise.
Secondly, the service advisor did not follow up on the diagnosis report and I had to call multiple times before I got hold of the service advisor.

We came in for a test drive and left with a new vehicle! Timmy our sales associate was fantastic, very helpful, not pushy, and took great care of us. As part of our transaction, we traded in a vehicle, but didn't have it with us. Timmy, drove the new vehicle to our home, then drove our trade in back to the dealer, well after business hours to make sure it was done in the same day. He truly went above and beyond. We even got free lunch from the BBQ catering while we waited for our paperwork. Great experience overall.

He maybe the absolute best car salesman I have ever dealt with! Over the top service. He picked me up at the airport and walked me through the entire process of my car purchase. Not to mention he got me the best deal possible. I highly recommend Brad. I flew from north Alabama to purchase. A very pleasant experience at Ferman.

Hey guys!
You probably don't remember me, but at the end of May, my wife bought a Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid from you. At first you gave her a price of $24k including taxes, but in the contract with the bank, the price rose to $30k.
The problem is that we received this contract only a month after the purchase.
We do not agree with this and consider it a fraud. The bank sends us to the dealer, and the dealer sends us back to the bank.
Anyway, we need our $5,500 that you received fraudulently. Do you want to do this voluntarily, or should we go to court?

I traded in my Jeep for a new Pacifica, and let me just say that this dealership is awesome! Not only do I love my new van, I had such a great time getting it. The employees at this facility are welcoming, professional, and know their stuff. My sales rep, Angel, went above and beyond, making my trade in and purchase run smoothly. No stress and extremely happy with my Pacifica. 10/10 service, definitely recommend!
