I use this FedEx location frequently. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. I often use the packing services and they always do an exemplary job of making sure everything is safe and professionally packed. I have probably shipped hundreds of items from this location over the years and have never had a single issue.

Sarah helped me size my package to save money on shipping. I was going to go back home to do the box retrofit, but she was kind and helped me immediately. I love FedEx!

1 star is too many. Friday Paid $49 to have a package overnighted, just to Orlando. Supposed to be delivered by Monday 1030 am. Now Tuesday @10 am and still not there. Tried calling fedex. What a joke

Will went above and beyond to make sure our packages were available for employee pickup on time. Customer service is becoming a hard thing to find post-Covid, and I can't stress enough how much we appreciate his proactive measures to make sure we can continue business as usual.

Since moving down to Florida and having my life in a POD finding a fedex to get all my work done was NOT easy, but Sarah is amazing she helped me in all my needs.. which is quite a lot since I’m not very computer savvy.. she is knowledgeable and super fun to chat with while printing for hours.. 5 stars all around!

They should mention about employee break. Had to wait 30 minutes because employee was on break.
