I started out texting with Evan about homes. After a few texts he said can I call you. I said yes but I was very nervous. He called and was kind and caring and wanted to know what we were looking for in a home. He said he would get some homes together and send them to me. He did and I found about 5 or 6 that I liked. He asked when we were coming to Florida this was a Wednesday and while he was on the phone my husband and I said that weekend we would come down from Pennsylvania. He was going out of town but assured us that Brett would work with us over the weekend. Brett and his wife were so down to earth and kind and showed us 8 homes on a Saturday. We fell in love with the 2nd home. Evan and Brett worked with us from the beginning until the end of the process. They assisted with a lender, insurance, we were not able to be in Florida for the home inspection but Evan went in our place to assure everything was taken care of. He treated us like family and walked us through every step of the way. I could not have had a better experience and someone fighting for us and made all documents available through email to sign. We close on our new home tomorrow and can’t wait to meet the man that helped us get our home and we never met in person. No stress and he made sure all details with every person and company involved were doing what they needed to do. Evan goes above and beyond for someone he has only talked and texted with until tomorrow when we meet for the first time. We love you!

Evan was great. Lennar was giving us the run around pretty much the whole time and Evan was on board with everything I wanted. He didn’t sway me one way or the other and truly was out for my best interest. Ended up getting a great deal due his persistence on giving me everything I wanted. Evan was awesome every step of the way, even though we were first home buyers he helped us out tremendously and made us feel knowledgeable addressing our concerns and questions within minutes. Not a data dump through text kind of a guy he adds the personal touch by calling consistently and making you feel comfortable with assurance that he's gonna help any way he can to find that perfect home for you. He helped give insight into owning a house and caring for one, the ins and outs of dealing with monthly problems and gave us a ton of advice. He even wanted to stay in touch to address any future concerns after we bought the house! Absolutely fantastic I can't rave enough about how mucj me and my fiance loved him! He's an experienced guy who makes you know he cares and above all we saw him as a friend. A friend that reciprocated the thoughtfulness and care. A real down to earth human even if he drives fancy, I'd recommend him to anyone I knew getting a place and if ever we need anything I know he'll be there to help. Thank God for Evan!
