Had an emergency break down when every other auto shop was closed. I found O’donovans, they answered and next day he immediately got to work. I got my car back 24 hours later. Very fair prices. Highly recommended!

I took my car on Friday and the appointment was set for 1pm and they didn’t even start my car till Sunday specially when they told me they was going to start working on it on Friday and then told me to come pick it Sunday morning and didn’t even start it yet and give u that they put a new rack and pinion in and then busted a seal on it and now my shi just leaking all my power steering out .
I took my car to get fixed and not broke yall had my car for 3 days and yall still did it wrong . Now yall got me having to do it by myself because I don’t trust nobody specially yall air heads at that shop . Y’all need to just close down fr that’s why you have so many junk cars in the yard . And hands down i would tell yall not to go to this place
They don’t know how to do stuff right ..

Took 72 dollars of my money to tell me that he couldn't fix my car because it was out of his skill set. On one hand the honesty is appreciated but seems to me that he could have made the assessment based on my description of the issue and didn't need to run a diagnostic and charge that much money to do it. Don't recommend this place.

Made an appointment for a Wednesday morning waited 45 minutes making me late to work and nobody showed up to open up the shop and nobody answered any of my calls . Terrible business management .

I had a fantastic experience here! My Ford van dealt unfortunate hand, a mechanical failure resulting in a complete engine tear down and rebuild. Chris took amazing care of my van while the repairs were being made, all along the way he communicated to me what was needed and recommended. This was a very large job and I would easily say that he can handle anything you bring to his shop. I went to Donovan's just before close, while it was raining, an hour away from home because my car was shaking and I was afraid I wouldn't make it home. Sean didn't have the part I needed on hand but he made several calls and waited around to have the part delivered. He fixed my problem without a hitch and was a pleasure the entire visit. I won't be going anywhere else from here on out. Thank you, Sean!

This is my family’s new auto repair/maintenance spot! Chris is professional, polite, and knows his stuff! My husband has had work on his truck, I’ve had work on my crossover, and my son had work on his car. We all agree, we have found our new auto repair shop.
