I recently visited this dollar tree and was disappointed by the unprofessional behavior of one of your cashiers. The employee showed no customer service awareness—no smile, refused to engage in basic communication, and even gave me rude facial expressions (like eye-rolling).
As a loyal customer, I expect friendly and respectful service at a national chain like Dollar Tree. This experience made me question whether the staff received proper training. I hope you’ll address this issue to ensure a better shopping environment for others.

I recently visited one of the best Dollar Tree stores I've ever encountered, and I was truly impressed. The shelves were impeccably clean and neatly organized, making it easy to find what I needed. There was a fantastic selection of items available, ranging from household essentials to seasonal decorations. The overall atmosphere was inviting, and the staff were friendly and helpful, enhancing my shopping experience. This Dollar Tree stands out as a top-notch location!

While shopping down an aisle came across some shelving that have been stood up against a wall, haphazardly, apparently because they were going to make some changes. However, as much as I tried to avoid it while passing by, one of the shelving pieces fell, hitting me in the arm giving me a bruise and a scrape. When I came across an employee for the down the aisle I mentioned what had happened and that I didn’t feel that was the best place to put those shelf pieces, she said “well, I didn’t put them there.” I explained that my goal wasn’t too criticize but to suggest that they change that situation so that they don’t cause any more accidents for other people who are shopping. Not a good attitude and not a good way to run a store.

It is fine, but it is disgusting. It looks like a bat cave. There is trash on the floor, plenty of things are disorganized, and there is only like 1 person at the register. I noticed the last time I was there, I got a few dirty looks. I appreciate this store, though. Great service.
