Contacted Doctronics this morning with a clicking sound on my TV and could not turn on. Tried all the usual fixes but not working. Rick was courteous and could get me in the same day.
Contacted me on his way to my home and when he arrived took apart and fixed the capacitors that were bad and changed the other two as well.
Very happy with the service and his knowledge.
Much less out off pocket than a new TV.
Would recommend if you need help.

Our two year old 65 inch Samsung QN90A TV was not powering at all. I took it to doctronics and it was perfectly repaired. I felt that the repair price I paid was very reasonable. I also enjoyed talking with the owner and I appreciated his explanations about the problem our TV (and the likes) experienced. I highly recommend everyone having a repair need to consider doctronics before deciding on replacing their TV or appliance, especially they are relatively new like ours.

This guy did an amazing job with my TV. I’ve had Geek squad and another electronic company come look at my TV. Both of the recommended that I buy a new TV and charged me for the diagnostic. I took my TV here and it was fixed less than 30mins. Also, the pricing was reasonable. I would highly recommend this guy. I promise you won’t regret it.

Had a great experience with 70 inch TV repair with broken IR sensor. Had actually accused owner incorrectly of losing my TV mount but had video footage of me carrying it out of the office. Just a reminder to folks to leave your power cords, remotes, and mounting brackets at home!
