DIABETIC KILLERS! CANNOT KEEP INSULIN ON JAND AND THEY DONT CARE

July 2024 by Jessica Ridgeway
Currently on week 2 of waiting for my son's medication. They keep telling me to go to literally CHANGE my son's prescription instead of just giving me a decent time frame on when it's supposed to be in stock.
Edit- Still having the same issue EVERY month when this script needs to be filled. I understand there is a backorder on these meds, but Winn dixie was able to fill it just fine and on time everytime with the same issues in ordering. Sadly, if I had another option in my insurance for another local pharmacy, I would run there.
Edit again: It's now nearing the end of Summer and my child hasn't been able to have their medicine since 2 weeks before school ended! It's getting ridiculous really. Then they won't notify me when the script "falls off" after two weeks of waiting so I have to remind them that we still need this medication.

Used the pharmacy. I had ordered ahead. Staff was very helpful and efficient.

Terrible service. Waited 30 minutes in line because the pharmacy allows customers to have conversation, laugh, and giggle for over 30 minutes. When I called the store manager and explained the situation, asking if he could help, he played dumb and said he doesn't understand what my problem is. #teamwallgreens

All of the employees are polite, attentive, and caring despite being over worked. I have to leave a bad review so the corporate higher ups will care. The phone system is ridiculous, I get constant texts asking me to refill things for my children I haven't needed in months, with no way to stop it. I get texts asking me to pick up prescriptions I've already picked up. It is impossible to talk to a person. Shell out some cash and pay someone to answer the phone, and treat your hard-working, qualified employees better.

The absolute worst experience trying to get a hold of anybody at this pharmacy to speak to me live. There is a whole convoluted voice activated system, and when I asked you to connect to somebody in the pharmacy I get sent to voicemail. The worst customer service ever.

The absolute worst most pathetic pharmacy in the world. Matt the manager is cool people but the other pharmacist has had a personal vendetta against me for over a year. He lied to my face saying a script I've been on ten years was oos Then lied again and put my script in some queue where he was "waiting for more info from presciber." The script was called in on Monday. Was due for fill on Tuesday. After 5 calls to Corporate CVS TO no avail. He continued to do zero to help me This prescription especially as long as I have been on it due to PTSD from war, childhood trauma, abuse etc is potentially deadly if stopped without DRS supervision especially cold Turkey. Also 30 days to the day this past Wednesday which was day 30 from last fill I had a hip replacement. I was at sever risk still for blood clots. So I go to CVS Wednesday morning and was flat out lied to my face and told oh we're out of stock on it. SERIOUSLY DUDE. Truck might be in later. Lie lie lie. I call CVS Corporate first time. Now since he's at a vendetta ever since he has found out I was a Vet. If you know him it might ring a bell. A white veteran that served this great country so this guy could live in this country and practice pharmacy. He took an oath to protect and help people. This disgrace to the profession of pharmacy refused to do anything to help me. Ignored me for next 3 days. Now by Friday I'm on day 32 from last pickup, 5 calls to CVS Corporate, blood pressure was at 165 over 115, on the brink of a seizure, possible death, no sleep or food for 53 hours, all the while this absolute sick, sociopath absolutely enjoyed knowing what he was doing to me. Finally late LATE Friday corporate must have forced his hand and I'm moved from no man's queue to processing. This 'almost the cause of my death" absolute pathetic excuse for the profession of pharmacy, possible racist (maybe worse) had me by this time I was 170 over 125 ,had it sitting in processing almost 3 hours, cost me years off my life, caused me to miss a flight to a new job the night before, caused my children to be crying there eyes out, no sleep or food now for 3 days all the while he joked about what he was doing with his techs and coworkers (I have a mole that works there) absolutely disgusting. Finally he waited till corporate really got on him, never ever communicated with me, never once said come to the minute clinic like it says on app for a partial fill, never heard back from CVS about ANYTHING. SO I finally just drove thru drive thru as I was in no shape to go inside and as my script still was in processing mode. My face said it all and finally on day 32 I received my med that I have been on ten years. He, CVS pharmacy, and especially pharmacist -- This guy needs to be fired immediately. Like NOW. What if I would have had a blood clot, seizure, heart attack. How would either of you lived with that. He flat out lied to my face on day 30,screwed me and put me in no man's queue, never communicated once with me, made me wait another 2 hours on Friday even though he had the script for 4 days. An absolute disgusting, disgrace, pathetic excuse to the proffesion of pharmacy. He could have killed an USA veteran. He might have tried to. Look at the warnings in your warning guide with this med. Sick sick human being and this is not over. I will be getting an attorney. I have every thing on record from lying to me in the drive thru to all the phone calls to corporate to the absolute unprofessional manner I've been treated by this same pharmacist for years. He needs to be fired. PERIOD. I EXPECT CVS to get back to me or I will proceed with the avenues set forth. I will also be taking all my prescriptions (8 total) to somewhere else. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT EVVVVVEEEERRRRR USE this pharmacy. Read all the Google reviews I am far from the only one with these concerns over 100 one star. You can't call and get anyone on the phone, they close for lunch (God Forbid split it a little bit) what an awful business practice, the store is obviousl

I tried to get a prescription filled with a coupon and the pharmacist told me this location doesn’t take coupons at all. They were all extremely rude and lacked the common sense to look up their own coupon policy. This is the worst location.

WARNING: If you are getting photos developed, I’d suggest not going to this location. Their Kodak machine spits some of your photos under the machine (I would not have caught this if I was not sitting there watching my photos come out). Luckily I noticed and was able to collect my 30-40 photos(of 150) from under the machine but there were other people’s photos under there as well. When I let the lady behind the counter know (box-dyed red headed woman) she said “yeah it does that, been doing it for 3 years so…”.You’d think that they’d let customers know, get the machine fixed or put a sign on the machine but no, they are letting you pay for photos that are being lost under their machine and don’t care at all.
