“I have always loved this store. The only problem I have now is the styles that every store is selling that I don't want. The sloppy shoulders for example. I like fitted clothes that accent shoulders. The plus is that I still have some of the styles I like from prior purchases. They have worn well.”

The manager (I can't remember his name) was nice and greeted my family and I with a smile. He was out on the floor helping out and not hiding in a back room somewhere. “I've always wanted a pair of Lucky jeans but the stores at the mall are extra small and I've just never felt comfy in them. My bestie and I decided to check this store out and so glad we did. The store is large! And everything is spaced out so you don't feel on top of other shoppers. Staff is super friendly and helped us find what we were looking for. I ended up getting two pair of ankle jeans for $40 each! Fitting rooms were open and you didn't have to go get a staff member to unlock which I also loved since I had to make a few trips for sizing and style. Lucky me, I got Lucky at Lucky Jeans :)”

Very willing to check back stock for sizes that might not be on the sales floor. They even check stock in other stores if they don't have something available. “First time here! My daughter wanted to go in and take a peek around which means walking around for probably over 30 minutes, along with some visits to the fitting room. LOL This location is within the Premium Outlet Mall in Tampa. Masks required to enter and shop. They do have their fitting rooms open and are not limiting capacity. The store is huge and there is PLENTY of staff walking around to help you with any questions. My daughter found some Dickies jeans which she tried on a few different styles but finally was able to choose one. Pricing at $45 was reasonable I think as I typically pay around that or more for mine. They do Lysol down the fitting room door and inside once patrons leave...so keeping it sanitary. And the girl working the fitting room area that day had it very organized....I was so impressed. There are racks near the fitting room area that are clearance and currently have 50% the sticker price -- so you could get a Vans sweatshirt for around $20. They have men, women and kids attire....also sell a variety of Jansport backpacks and a wall display of shoes.”
“This store is better as far as quantity of stock, over the Wiregrass Mall store. BUT a young lady whose names starts with an M in the dressing room was not very nice while my daughter was trying on clothes. We had a few questions about some sizing and she acted like we were bothering her every time we asked a question. I won't let her affect the 5 star rating though. Bc the lady at checkout was beyond 5 stars. And maybe "M" was having a bad day....week....or month. We all do. Just please train better in customer service for those on the floor helping in the dressing rooms.”

“I'm really hoping that forever Twenty one will do better with their clothing line this year for the spring summer fall and winter collections..... I've noticed that some of the pieces that were brown around. I hope they're just not making them just to sell...... They gotta make these things with feeling!!!! And Keep in mind that some of the fabrics they use Are like a see - through type of fabric, Like you can actually see right through it...... It can definitely be discomforting for sure.....so hopefully Get that fixed and corrected, please.... Also, i'm hoping that some pieces that are made could be used to last forever and not just for a season or a moment..... They should definitely do a Four Seasons collection for sure.... Hopefully they could give it there all this year . It seems that old money and old rich fashioned trends are in hint hint.... I'm talking about color and fashion.... Hopefully bring back some of the classics and some of the iconics as well..... And maybe some things that can actually fit people which still feel comfortable with.... Another idea would be to expand their lounge Clothing line... As well as some really nice casual Fancy and edgy to go out pieces .. Tops and blouses I am referring to.”
