I always have a great experience at this Circle K on Van Dyke Rd! The store is clean and well-stocked, and the staff is friendly and quick at the register. Their coffee is fresh, and they have a great selection of snacks and drinks. The gas pumps are easy to use and the area feels safe, even late at night. It’s my go-to stop whenever I’m in the area—highly recommend!

6/28/25 8:30 pm Three times recently I've stopped at this location and there is a BBS sign on the door. This evening I pulled in and there where two people waiting outside so I waited about five minutes in my car and then got out and knocked on the door. No answer. The two people that where waiting before me finally left and I waited few more minutes then I left. There were still two cars in the parking lot indicating you have two staff working. Just a suggestion that employees take breaks at different times to avoid losing sales. I will start using Shell up the street as I have not ever had this inconvenience there.

Often there is a sign on door saying BRB during the day and they don’t answer phones. Could likely increase sales if consistent customer service is provided. Almost like you have to catch them open when you can.

Had the most traumatic experience ever went to this circle k went into the bathroom and had the “manager “ tried to unlock the door and try to come in while I was using the bathroom ????? Is that okay absolutely not ! In my opinion this “manager” should be fired on top of that when I went to grab a drink she LITTERALLY put her body on my body and snatched the cup out of my hand . This is absolutely mind blowing to me and I hope this never happens to anybody else . DONT GO TO THIS CIRCLE K IF YOU WANT TO BE ACTUALLY PHYSICALLY VIOLATED AND NOT TREATED WITH RESPECT!

It’s a gas station but all the pumps are yellow bagged. What’s the use of being right off the expressway if you don’t even have gas pumps available. Just close down you’re not about your money

This store location is the WORST… Always out of gas, the store is a mess. Today I go there….. not accepting debit or credit and you must have exact change. Who walks around with exact change…… This place SUCKS.

Just before noon and this is all the hot food they have - or don't have - to offer. Clean store & bathroom, friendly staff but not so busy that they couldn't have offered more options.

Moved to Lutz in 2021 and go here almost every day. I have never had an unpleasant experience and the employees are very friendly.

Horrible experience. I stop in this store often. An employee on 6.16.23, started screaming at me for picking up trash off the ground and tossing it into the unlocked green dumpster. Cursing in front of my children. Her name is Betty. What a horrible employee.

Gas is cheaper by over .20c from the closest gas station (shell)Very clean restrooms and facility!
