My account is negative 250, no one can tell me why or if they could fix it, I checked my statements and the amount I paid for a bill already was paid so I’m not sure why it’s charged again. Doesn’t make any sense…the drive thru atm never works either. Going to be taking banking somewhere else

Drive thru ATM frequently down here seems like almost every other visit. Always down for cash deposits and on top of it its an old machine that only takes 30 bills at a time not 100 like the newer branches.

Tried to open two accounts today for my daughter, wife and myself. They said they were busy and I needed an appointment first. Four people just standing there. I said it only takes ten to fifteen minutes to open an account. The manager, Lisa, disagreed when I called to complain later. Went to 5/3 and they got me in immediately. Guess they wanted my business more. Lesson learned with Chase.

Lisa the branch manager and the entire team have always gone out of their way to help me. By far the best Chase branch around here.

The staff is great! Very quick in and out - no waits whether thru drive thru or when I walk in. Relationship banking at its best: everything good about a Big time bank but with a small town feel in the sense that they know me and my name every time I come in and make me feel appreciated. Happy and excited and smiley helpful staff. All of the staff are allstars!

I've been a Chase customer for a couple of years and have never had any problems with them. The tellers and other bankers are always friendly. We just went in to open accounts for my daughter and we were out of there within 45 minutes. Their app is useful enough that you can do almost all of your banking through it. Also, they seem to be building more branches often, so finding one is usually easy. I'm a happy customer and don't plan on leaving Chase any time soon.

The outside ATM literally never works. Always eats my cash & doesn't read it correctly. Idk why they don't just replace it since this has been happening for about over a year now. Pretty annoying.

I got to this location at 5:15pm they close their doors at 6:00 and there was a woman who work in here i dont know her name she is blonde and she told me that they are not gonna be able to attend me, i feel very bad with this service, it's unacceptable that they only have 1 banker, how is that possible??? I will never come back again, and probably i will change my bank as well. I hope you all guys read this before to come to this branch. Terrible service.
