These employees need to understand how to return/respond to emails and how to return phone messages.. Where did u find these employees??? Good grief. Basic business skills non existent. Lots of competition out there in banking world. Manager needs to re-evauate who is working at this branch.

Excellent customer service & top of the line professionalism! Bryan went above and beyond to explain everything when opening my account. He was friendly & patient while also making sure to smile and greet other customers who walked in the door. I will continue to use this bank & appreciate employees like Bryan who still take pride in their job!

Worst customer service. Even if they have time they don’t care customer and call the next customer in advance and ask us to wait for hours. I will close my account and look for another bank which supports the customer.

Always kind and helpful people working here. I’ve had many transactions over the last year or so, depositing, withdrawing, opening new accounts, having forms notarized without an appointment, etc. I’ve had nothing but positive experiences here.

I have had my Business Account for Florida Power Yoga at This Chase branch for 11 years. It has the most helpful associates. I particularly love working with Diane the manager. She never just lets people sit in the lobby waiting for help. She talks with them and gets them quickly connected with a teammate.
