Aston really works with you. We secured a loan from Ashton and the process went smooth.I later opened a personal account with the Lutz location and all is good. Drive thru tellers are courteous. The Lutz Centennial Bank branch is real convenient to anyone driving #54 hwy.There are slowly winning all my business.

What a horrible bank. I stopped at this bank to use the ATM due to its convenient location. The ATM charged me a transaction fee of $3.00. I went inside the bank to attempt to change the denomination amounts and was told that even though they just charged me $3.00 they would not change the currency for me because I was not a customer. I have 5 accounts at SunTrust, including 2 commercial accounts, and other accounts at other banks. Centennial will NEVER be one of the banks with my accounts. Besides, they are a predatory scavenger bank that takes over other banks and fires all of the employees leaving them unemployed. TERRIBLE BANK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The online banking is difficult to use. Sometimes payments don't go through. Transfers don't seem to work either. I went into the Lutz location several times after not being able to move my money online and spoke to Jeff each time. He is basically useless. The only thing he seems to know how to do is open an account. He keeps deferring me to call customer service and telling me to give it a few days to process even after I got a notification email that it didn't go through. Then again today after speaking with customer service they deferred me back to Jeff who said he would have to call me back because he was with a client and of course he never did return my call. I'm taking my business else where. I am tired of getting nowhere and not having anyone who actually knows what they are doing.
