You all kept me updated on the status of my vehicle repair just about every other day. I appreciate the communication from your staff. The work was done within 2 weeks which was extremely reasonable and quick in my opinion. Staff was attentive, friendly and communicative. I would recommend this place.

On 5/16/23 Andrea took my initial call and she was extremely helpful in getting everything set up for me. “I had a great experience with Safelite. My windshield was cracked badly and needed full replacement. I had originally scheduled online to have it dine at my office, but then I needed to change it a couple days beforehand. It was really easy to schedule online and really easy to change online to have the work done at my house.Their system updated me via email and text frequently. I was contacted to let me know when to expect the technician to arrive, and I was alerted during the process to know when he would be finished.Brian did a fantastic job. He’s a really nice guy and did great work with the windshield replacement. He made the whole experience easy and pleasant.I highly recommend Safelite for windshield repairs!”
