Nice lab, horrible hours. Closed on weekends? Closed on weekdays at 3? Do you assume none of your patients have jobs?! They used to be open on weekends and please have at least one weekday with later hours.

I have had lab work and x-rays at Baycare for several years. I have a history of passing out if there is a problem finding a vein, etc. I have never had an issue at Baycare. Lab techs and other staff have gone out of their way to kindly distract me and always draw blood easily! I can't tell you how grateful I am to NOT faint! They also told me to drink lots of water before coming - and it definitely helps!

Went to BayCare Lab on Van Dyke as a walk-in. As it happened, I had a short wait. I told Lisa - the phlebotomist - that my veins are small and difficult to draw. She took extra precautions - even put a hot pack on my arm - to make the blood-draw go more smoothly. I appreciate all her efforts in making my lab visit a pleasant experience.

Front staff went out of their way to be helpful, checking and rechecking faxed lab orders going back a month. They were very helpful. Woman doing lab work very kind, patient with. very, very slow 90 year old patient. Thank you!!!!

My daughter was SO nervous about getting blood taken for the very first time and the lab tech was so good with her and afterwards my daughter said she felt nothing. It was great! We were walk-ins and really didn't have to wait very long which is always so nice. Thanks!
