Friendly staff and delicious fragrances all around! Like any other Bath & Body Works location, is a great store to come and get some gift or personal sets for your house. Lot of good offers and quality products.

Dear corporate, I hope you know that you have chosen a horrible manager to represent your brand at this store! Stella was instantly huffy and puffy with me all bc I didn't know you changed the policy and couldn't return old wallflowers that don't work anymore. She instantly threw "ma'am" rudely at the end of a statement to me and came at me like I was trying to return 10 yr old nasty shoes or something. To be clear, this review is not to reflect the products or the (seemed to be) new employee Ashley that was working the counter. I would just definitely rethink who you're letting run these stores. I spend thousands (yes, you read that right) yearly with BB&W, but dealing with Stella this evening definitely reminded me why I prefer online shopping vs in store! Your stores are usually full of lovely cheerful and ready to help associates, but tonight sadly that definitely wasn't the case.

Jenn the manager was super rude, super snob and she is not a polite person. She make guest feel uncomfortable when she is approached.

Was very upset how unhelpful Kathleen was handling my transaction. I'm the reason she makes a paycheck she shouldn't be working the register because I was so upset I didn't get my candles and other products. I thank her for making me realize I should spend my money somewhere else. Enjoyed shopping there but the experience was unacceptable she needs to take a class how to help so customer can purchase products that pay her paycheck.
