Amazing customer service. I went in for wiper blades. The manager went above and beyond. I wish I saw more of his nametag- all I could read was "-lly". Mr. "-lly"- Thank You for demonstrating old-school customer service. I will absolutely be back... all of my family and friends are getting stuff for their cars this Christmas!

I stopped at the Autozone to check the battery life but Christian went above and beyond to check the starter and alternator before replacing my battery. He was very friendly and prompt. He got me out within 15 min with changing the battery on my Pilot 2021.

I’m ashamed of the poor customer service and being run around 30 mikes one way to 3 different stores before being able to get the part I already paid for. What joke, not anymore.

I had the most amazing young man that assisted me today at Auto Zone on hwy 54 and Camp Indianhead in Land O Lakes Fl. I needed air in my car, he helped me with getting the Freon to put in it! I had no idea, how, he came outside and give me all the directions to fill it, he couldn’t do it himself but he was so helpful with guiding me! He is amazing and he is a great employee! Christian is his name

Christian Velez was knowledgeable, personable, and extremely helpful! He helped me with the installation of my new fog lights which he helped me find (he made that process super painless) and he made the installation fun! Great service. I forget the young lady's name that assisted me, however she was outstanding. I needed a new battery for my wife's car. Shr help me select the right battery and even installed it for me. I will definitely go back to AutoZone before going anywhere else in the future.
