““Very excited to be a new customer. My wife and I just moved to Florida and wanted to find a local bank to our area. We stop in the 5/3 branch in Lutz and sat with Shadow Williams. We mentioned we were interested in the $225 promotion to open a new account. His excitedly responded that they had a better in branch offer for $300 per person for opening a new checking. He was polite, professional and very transparent. He made my wife and I as new people to the area feel very welcomed. Shadow was able to actively listen to understand what our needs were. He also got us set up on their great app. We are excited to join the 5/3 family and hope to continue to save and prosper””

“I had a hold on my account online and tried to resolve my issue over the phone with the company but they could do NOTHING to help me and weren't even willing to give me any kind of temporary solutions. So because of the lack of support I went into this branch in person. I spoke with the branch manager Jason. He was so professional and so accommodating. I told him about my situation and how frustrated I was and he really went over and above to help me resolve some of the issues. Unfortunately not everything could be fixed right at that moment because of the "Companies policies" but I know Jason did everything in his power to help me. I am so thankful for people like him who have such a kind heart and are willing to step out for a customer in desperate needs during difficult times. He really is an asset to the company. Not so sure about the companies policies but I am grateful for people like him. It's because of HIM that I will continue to bank with Suntrust, but if I have any issues in the future I will ONLY be dealing with Jason and his branch instead of over the phone!!!”
