Curbside pick up is a joke. Waiting 20 minutes to get my pick up. Yew, if they had asked when I finally called in, we would have gone inside. I do understand that they can be busy, but at the time they were not and if they cannot handle curbside, they shouldn't offer it.

I was having a hard time finding an item in store that said it was in stock so I ordered online and got Christine's assistance in filling the order. She went above and beyond to help me. She was friendly and promptly had the item ready for me. Thank you again Christine!

I bought two patio chair cushions that I want to return to At Home, the reasons are poor quality. The cushions are too big than what was posted and the material is cheap, now At Home is giving me the runaround that I have to wait two days to hear a response!
I never heard of such a policy with major stores. I'm afraid that I'm gonna end up being stuck with these. I'm an elderly lady and that's a lot of money for me. I trusted At Home to sell me quality products and if they weren't, they would return them without a problem

I never bother posto reviews. But your store waste an hour of my time looking for a rug that you said was in stock, but wouldn’t let me just take the display since NONE of your employees could find the “pile” that said to be in stock but was misplaced. Lost a chance to sell an expensive rug along with all my cart after wasting my time in the store and unwilling to help me just purchase the display.
