Last time I came in here the employees were a huge help, such an awesome experience. Today I went back to buy another pair of shoes and two new employees were there. the employees wouldn’t help us and sat on their phones the entire time. I asked if they had a specific size in a shoe and they just said no, went back on their phone and didn’t check into it.

I recently visited the ASICS outlet to return a pair of shoes I purchased online, and overall, it was a smooth experience. The staff was friendly and accommodating from the moment I walked in. I appreciated that they didn’t give me a hard time about the return and were very professional in handling the process.
The store itself was well-organized, with a wide variety of shoes and athletic gear on display, which made waiting (though short) much more pleasant. One thing to note is that their system did take a bit longer than I expected to process an online return in-store, but it wasn’t a major inconvenience.
I left satisfied, with the return processed and my refund on its way. I would recommend this location for both shopping and handling online returns, as the staff really made the experience stress-free.

This is the only place I buy my shoes from. I just got two pairs with her nicest shoes for 200 bucks. That’s a killer deal. I think these shoes will last me for years and they are extremely comfortable

You can find superior quality clothing and footwear, the best for sports and free time. The offers on footwear are extremely advantageous with the additional discount on the second pair.

I went to the ASICS Outlet in Lutz looking for a deal on walking shoes. I was greeted by Myra and asked for help finding a low to mid priced pair of shoes for Rucking workouts. Myra showed me two different options on markdown plus a third pair on major markdown. Pros 1) Great product knowledge 2) Upsold me on socks (they rock) and 3) the store was very clean. I would highly recommend this location and sales associate for your next set of ASICS!
