“I officially moved in today and I absolutely love it so far. Management is extremely helpful and attentive. They allowed me to get my keys a few days early to start brining belongings in. They almost always answer the phone when I call, and call back promptly if a voicemail is left. Also, the hype about Linda is absolutely well deserved. She answered my email on a holiday weekend, even though the front office is closed. Very helpful, friendly, and kind staff that genuinely want renters to feel at home. Maria is also fantastic. Unit is beautiful and very clean. Stainless steel appliances and beautiful countertops. Washer and dryer. Beautiful floors. I am so pleased with my choice, and believe me when I say that I spent hours and hours reading reviews and touring apartments before I chose Beach Club. Thank you!
Follow up one month after move in: FANTASTIC place to live. Linda and Maria are absolutely wonderful. Management is attentive, professional, KIND, and extremely accommodating. I have spoken extensively to my neighbors and they all feel the same and have such wonderful things to say about Linda. Maria as well. Beach Club currently has a fantastic team and I hope the owners do and pay what is necessary to keep such a stellar team. Remember, you get what you pay for!!! They absolutely deserve it and, to be fair, I am a VERY hard sell. Thank you, Linda, for making things so effortless and for being so fantastic.”
“This is my updated review after living here for 3 months. I am amazed by the attentiveness of the maintenance team. The care of the residents by the staff and cleanliness of the facility. By far one of the best choices in Tampa. Whereas renewing a lease is troublesome I can be the first to say I can’t wait for the renewal. I first started my lease with 5 Oaks at Westchase and although promising we had several concerns but ever since Bell took over it is a dream to be living at such a beautiful apartment with the best staff there is. Thank you guys for all that you do and for making this place feel like home.”

“I moved across the country and chose Citrus Run apartments because: 1) they are a part of Venterra, which has always been fair and provided me with a safe, and pleasant residency. 2) Their staff has always made a connection that feels more than “this is who I pay my bill to.”They have resident events and appreciation days, they keep the property clean, they are welcoming and don’t mind to have a conversation. At Citrus Run, they have shown genuine personalities, taken measures to improve and update the complex for us residents, and keep us updated on upcoming maintenance. No unexpected surprises with property upkeep.Also, there’s a pool, new grill, and a nature walk!”

“Great place to live! Beautiful brand new apartments designed with great detailed and incredible taste. The kitchen is super specious! The neighborhood has amazing amenities, great gym and office space. They have trash services most days a week and pick up your trash directly at your door. Aileen (from the front office) is great and super friendly!”

“I have been here for around 4 months and have had a great experience! Just recently our washer went out, and the process to get it fixed went great. The person I talked to on the phone was cheerful and efficient, and they got it fixed in a couple of days while we were gone! This place definitely doesn't deserve as low a rating as it has. The community is pretty cool too”

“I have lived here for a year and I can honestly say I have very much enjoyed living here. My favorite part is definitely the roof top pool and the study rooms. It’s the perfect place to have your friends over relax and get some studying in. I love my roomates and we all renewed for next year. The package room can be a bit annoying at times but I know other places have issues with this as well. The front office also informed me that they will be switching the system this summer so for that I’m exited. Akemi and gabby have been so helpful with any questions and or concerns I have had during my stay here and are so sweet.”

Maintenance have been very good as well . I highly recommend The landings . They treat their tenants like family!”

“fri i had a schedule 9am pest control never showed an was told at least half dozen times from office personnel they will be here ridiculous i felt they were not honest giving me the runaround mgt has been great with addition of Angela so i was quite surprised i was wating all day because i wanted to be there for any maintence”
