I'd give more stars if I could!! I had major engine trouble while heading home in rush hour traffic on I-75 just outside of Tampa. I called two other company's first, only one answered and they said, "It's late, we can't get there til morning." "WHAT?!" Third call was the charm. Chris promptly answered, kept me informed of his ETA, was there when he said he would be. Chris was kind, courteous and professional, obviously very skilled and knowledgeable. He towed my vehicle all the way back to Ocala for a VERY reasonable price. As I have family down that way I'm saving his number. If I ever need assistance again I'll call All Pro FIRST!! Waited on the side of the road for four and a half hours for them to never show up. Ended up limping my vehicle home. Messaged me the first time saying that they would be there in 90 minutes and then said it would be 30 minutes about another four or five times. What's the point of having roadside assistance with your insurance company if the towing company keeps you on the side of a busy road when your car breaks down. This was for my 20 year old niece at 10:00 at night. I hate to give bad reviews but that was ridiculous!

6 hours never showed up and lied to our road side assistance service USAA.. I am not happy at all. Left my daughter alone waiting in a garage for help.

Literally the best. My car broke down in Tampa and in the same night, within hours he towed it all the way back to Lakeland for a great price! Half of what other companies were offering. I am beyond grateful and happy with the job. Highly recommend!
