No hot food anytime I go in. Stop here at appx 6am and 6pm looking for hot food but they never have any boneless wings or fries or mini tacos. I was hopeful when they first opened but the last few weeks has been nothing but disappointment and I'm sbout to stop coming here altogether.

Since newest change in management, there's an older man with long hair working late shifts that is unfriendly and always has very extreme political talk radio playing loudly. How is this okay???

The card tap and card reader doesn’t work. The slurpees were liquid and they are now liquies. Everyone was mad and the prices were a little overpriced!

The refueling machine is old and the cleaning liquid has a peculiar smell and a lot of paper scraps.

Accidentally charged by the first cashier but the owner picked up on it and got me the correct charg, all of the staff was very friendly and very helpful and very honest

Multiple people at multiple times have had their card information stolen at this location. There are card skimming devices on the pumps and the management do nothing when informed.

This location is my only option on my way to work . Sometimes I go out of my way and arrive to work late because of the older man with the ponytail and glass. He always makes me feel like I’m a bother to him and he is never friendly. No professionalism at all he showed signs of frustration because I asked could I put my rewards number in he always just skips it. Normally I don’t even go out of my way to complain but why should I go out of my way costing me money twice all because this guy doesn’t like me or his job.Thank you for your time .

I work close by and Every night the worker here puts a paper on the door that they open at 5am. Super inconvenience and annoying. 711 is supposed to be open 24hrs.

I had to stay there to order an Uber and a woman came out and treated me like a dog saying that I had to leave there if I didn't call the police, they are bad treaters.

I would have to say this 7/11 is by far the worse one in the lutz/Tampa area. The only positive thing is the gas pumps which do their job better then the people inside.

I was here today, and the employee with a chub face and dark drawn on eyebrows was yelling all over. She yelled at me to go next in line, as i was still waiting for my friends. Because she insisted, I went up to her register. There she gave me nasty looks and handled my money rudely. She yelled “I GUESS SOME PEOPLE ARE DEAF” Because I did not hear her the first time she asked me to move up. I am hard of hearing and facing such open discrimination really hurts the heart. Don’t think i’ll ever go out my house again. This makes me lose hope in humanity. Disgusting. Please stop.
