On 8 February at approximately 7:15pm I entered store to make a purchase with at least 8 people in line and stated I see three (a Walgreens term for more cashiers) the manage (Anari) called police and had me trespassed. The manager and store is one of the worst Walgreens I've ever been in with terrible, rude, and unprofessional attitudes. I have called corporate and made a complaint on Anari (The Rude Walgreens Employee).

Worst Walgreens by far I’ve ever been to , all because of the pharmacy. They have the worst customer service and are just rude. The blonde pharmacist and the male attendant are the worst of them, they have laughed in my face when i was unable to get a prescription. Avoid by all means.

Worst walgreen pharmacy. They have zero customer service. There is ALWAYS a delay or issue with every prescription. They take 4+ hours to fill an RX and won't tell you its out of stock. I moved my prescriptions to Publix for my sanity.

This Walgreens pharmacy is by far the worst I've ever been to. I scheduled my scheduled travel vaccination appointment only to arrive and the vaccines were out of stock. Several days later I returned for my rescheduled appointment and they were unavailable at the time. I had to wait six additional hours before they could see me.There is no communication on the website about vaccine availability. Also, they provide no policy information about prescription requirements (i.e. refills, distance from doctor, etc) leaving you without meds for days if not weeks.When you call the pharmacy you're put on hold then someone picks up then you're put on hold again and again and again without ever speaking to someone. If you wait long enough to talk to someone the answer is 1. We don't have it in stock; 2. We can put you on a waiting list; or 3. We can't help you.Their customer service is well below subpar and if it wasn't so difficult to migrate pharmacies, I'd switch in a heartbeat.

I absolutely love the soap and glory line and it is always fully stocked at this location. Beautiful store and helpful staff.

It looks like Walgreens pharmacy department stepped things up and got rid of it's rude employees. Finally the drive through lines are moving again. Great job!

They were Out of stock on medicine , then said they’d fill it when they were able to . Then they called me back later after I left , to tell me to come back to pick up script that they couldn't fill it at all due to a clerical error . Wasting two hours of my time ..

I went to pick up medicine at the pharmacy last week and the most amazing experience ever. Merissa, was so delightful to work with. She was patient and very professional but yet welcoming. That was the quickest service that I ever received at any pharmacy. Thank you for been simply the best.

Pharmacy is really bad, Sitting here right now , told them I had teeth surgery and I’m under severe pain and asked to prioritize my subscription for Motrin 600 , that was an hour ago, How long can it take to go to the shelf and pick up and give some Motrins to someone that told he is under severe pain….it almost seems as they make me wait on purpose because lots of folks have come sat next to me and they have left

My 3 year old son had a severe allergic reaction and doctor sent script for epipen to get us through the night. Script was sent and I arrived at 5:35pm knowing all local Walgreens closed at 6pm. Was told to sit and wait while they filled the script. At 5:55pm, I was told they were out of stock. 20 minutes wasted when I could have made it to a different Walgreens before closing had they been up front with me. Ended up at the Westlake ER. I have never picked up a prescription at this Walgreens without attitude from the Pharmacists. They are incredibly unprofessional. I will go out of my way to never encounter this pharmacy again. Shame on them.

ABSOLUTE WORST Walgreens around! If you don't have to go here, I highly recommend you don't. I've been out here almost 4 years now and there is ALWAYS a screw up at this Walgreens - management is apparently bad or there's no excuse. I've went to corporate office to report incorrect prescriptions given - yeah, that's correct, so be sure to check your meds - I order online, get a confirmation, and even place a personal phone call to insure meds are ready - they confirm they are, and then I get there and they say they have no orders, and always quick to apologize for the "misinformation" - it's terrible!Last night my hubby picked up my meds, the bottle shows they filled 60 pills, they BILLED my insurance for 60, the attached receipt shows 60 filled, yet they gave me the smallest bottle which contains only 30! I knew as soon as I saw the bottle there was no way 60 in there. So I called them today and talked with a worker and her reply was, "well, sometimes that happens" -OMG you've GOT TO BE KIDDING me that you make excuses when you are a pharmacy, NO ROOM FOR ERROR! Anyhow, since they are always screwed up, I asked in several different ways at 10:00 AM whether the other 30 would be ready by 6PM when my husband passed thru - she assured me they would be. So, we decided to wait until 7PM to go and find out they are NOT ready - AND they said they are 24 hours now behind in filling ALL meds - what? How do they stay in business....guess I'm going back to corporate again!

TERRIBLE, unprofessional individuals in person and on the phone. Every time I call the pharmacy “I can’t hear you” and hung up. Save yourself the frustration and switch pharmacies. The employees are ??

Pharmacy really needs to work on their attitude to customers… every time I come in here they are just so rude!!! I told the girl I got 2 calls for 2 prescription that were ready… I heard them.. and she wants to argue with me that I didn’t and the second wasn’t ready…. So I guess I was just making this up? Last time I went through the drive through getting a script I asked for some Walgreens brand glucose strips.. they r kept behind the counter… the girl told me they are not… so I had to get out of the car to come in to show them they r behind the counter!! No customer service!!!!!
