I had a choice of which Post Office to go to and decided to try this location. Yes, parking is an issue so I'm guessing the local carriers park in the same lot - BAD idea! I have back issues so have a handicapped placard and fortunately that spot was open.Both clerks were busy but pleasant as they expedited waiting on people. My clerk was very understanding as I had left my readers behind and pointed to where I needed to fill to out info. Much appreciated.I will return. Sorry others are having so much difficulty. Bad optics USPS. Answer your phone and use care in delivering packages!

Piling boxes on top of wet boxes for days in the RAIN , is not funny ! I guess the note left in the mail box, going to be away for Christmas makes it even funnier! I think it's time to drug test !

Parking lot is always almost full or full of cars. I assume these are employee cars, since it has been this way for years. So you either park in the handicap spot or you just block cars and hope it isn't a customer. When I've been lucky enough to find a spot, the inside has always been empty, which leads me to believe this is an intentional behavior on the part of the employees or manager. I rather go to the Royal Palm post office, even though this location is much closer. This building and location may have served the western communities well in the past, but it has not expanded to continue to provide convenience. Time to be updated/relocated and sized for the new growth of population out west. It is very rare to find available parking and this makes me want to use the post office services even less. Part of the challenge with the postal service staying convenient and relevant in today's world is magnified in this Loxahatchee Grooves location.

This was the worst experience I have ever had. Postal worker John in the Loxahatchee location was the rudest person I have ever met. He almost made me cry. He was extremely unprofessional & not helpful at all. He should be fired!!! I would never treat people that disrespectfully ever.

I do not recommend this office...the lack of control and poor functioning is incredible...I have been on 3 occasions looking for my package that arrived 2 days ago...and due to the poor work it is impossible for them to find it

I had the pleasure of working with Dawn. She was extremely pleasant and very helpful!! She took the time to help me locate a piece of mail that was missing. She went above and beyond the call of duty. I have always had a great experience at this post office and am shocked to see so many negative comments in the reviews.

Saved me stress and aggravation when ordered online and the company shipped 4 packages incorrectly but was only willing to recall the items back to them which would mean I wouldn't get them till after Christmas. The post office took the time to help me get them all before the holiday. Very happy.
