I have utilized this establishment numerous times for postal shipping as well as FedEx and UPS. The staff is always friendly, courteous and professional. The store itself is always clean, neat and organized and stocked with most necessary shipping supplies. If you live in the Loxahatchee or surrounding areas this is your one stop shop for all your shipping and postal needs!

Very reliable ! I have dropped off many packages for shipment here and have never had an issue . Ran by a very kind lady, she always lets me know exactly when the next pickup will be and is quick with her service ! Perfect place if you're in a hurry .... they also have a variety of packaging options for purchase for a good price . Will continue coming here

Stopped here because it was convenient. Store was dark, very unwelcoming. I felt like I was interrupting the woman behind the counter, no one else in the store. No conversation, just weighed and measured my package, then gave me three extremely high prices to ship. Brought in back to Port St Lucie, mailed for $10 less. It wasn't so much the price gouging as it was the extremely poor service.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH LINDA. Simply asked to have a letter notarized and instead she read my entire legal letter and refused to notarized it. A notaries job is to certify who you are signing that is it.

Never received a package so when I looked up the tracking it said it was at this location. It said it had been sitting for a week and I had no idea. So I walk in and told the associate what had happened and was treated like GARBAGE! one of the rudest people I’ve encountered in a long time. I did not argue or give any attitude what so ever, I was just generally confused about the situation and the fact that she was so disgusted with me. What bothers me most is I had my 2 children with me who asked me immediately when we walked out why she was speaking to me like that. I’m pretty sure when you hire someone at your business, proper customer service skills are mandatory. Kindness is not that hard

Had an awesome experience with Ken, owner. Shipping a package to Puerto Rico , cost $130, but Ken reboxed my items and saved me $80. Awesome customer service. While I was there also witness, owner give a little girl a lollipop that she grabbed without dad noticing and said she can have without charging them. That's old school neighborhood feel. Kudos to you Sir.

Absolutely horrible experience!! I'm a business owner, this Guy loses my package which is an order for a customer (i make prepaid labels) then when I call about it, he gets super defensive, I let it go and proceed to inform him I'll deal with it at the post office. When I came back another day to drop off different packages, he refused to take my packages and proceeded to get extremely defensive, I expressed that I dont wanna even talk about the lost package, just drop new packages and go, then he had the AUDACITY to say that they're just doing the post office a favor and that the Postman doesn't scan packages at pick up anymore. Extremely sketchy, Never lost a package until after telling him I sell collectibles, then all of the sudden lost package. DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE, the guy will lose your package then give you excuses that make no sense

Do not get a PO BOX here you can't change your address from the PO BOX to a home and they know about it!The service is horrible here, waiting online 30 minutes. With only 2 people in front of me. No one acknowledge me, they changed shifts and didn't even acknowledge any one in the line. I was there to pickup a package that been there 24 hours with no phone call to pick up, FedEx alerted me. The owner kept making faces at the customer as they looked down to sign paper work. The young kid works with no sense of urgency. Hire people with customer service

Very poor customer service at this location; constant change of employees, no recognition of a customer entering. I ship via Fed Ex at least once a week, sometimes daily. For Fed Ex drop off, Walgreens is a much better option which I will be using from today forward.

ANSWER YOUR PHONE!!!This place is terrible. They never answer the phone, they can't scan QR codes. Kid at the front desk has no idea what he's doing!

If there was a ZERO star rating I would have selected that.I will NEVER use this location again. I dropped off my tax extension on July 15th.I put it directly into the mailbox in the store with proper postage.According to the IRS, It was NOT postmarked until the 20th.The IRS is now saying my taxes were late and that I owe penalties.Obviously I am disgusted with this failure.Don't trust this location with anything sensitive.

Spoke to an employee today about my package that was sent through Fedex 2 weeks ago with my elderly parents hypertension/cardiac and dementia medication in it! And the young lady was very rude and dismissed the call on me... she the sent the phone to fax so I was unable to call back! Horrible customer service
