Want to give a shoutout to the banker Danny Ruiz! My family came in this week to adjust an account and although the staffing was short when we walked in, the staff was able to accommodate us and give us a later time to come back for an appointment. Danny was very professional and educational with the advice we needed for the account. He was able to keep us at ease and deal with each of our individual needs and questions. Highly recommend him, and I am grateful that we were able to see him during our visit at the bank.

Wanted to close account and couldn’t do it because I had no appointment. Bank was empty and 3 people attending . I came back after making appointment online and didn’t wanted to do it again because they were busy and online appointments were not accurate. Finally when I told them they must do it accepted and my account finally closed.Very bad costumer service. !

Was told by customer service to go in to my local branch (loxahatchee) to get a new card. Walked in and the Pnc Greater (because apparently she cant help you) that they were short staffed and I needed an Appointment, but they were booked up. I miss the days when Customer service was Key. How do they expect people to go without a card...I contemplating cancelling my account due to this. I've lived out here 20 years and never been this bad. I miss Shari Ann.

I had a terrible experience at the teller line the branch manger Amber was loud and rude. Also she didn’t put my customer needs first. This branch is super rubbish and clearly understaffed. I will be going to the Wellington one for now on.

I had to close my account because the staffing is always so low that it’s hard to get my own money out. Bank checks are $10, I just had a savings account and could not transfer or via the app. They charge for absolutely everything and when I made a withdrawal they insisted on knowing what the withdrawal was for due to “security purposes”. I should not have to explain what my money is being used for. Absolutely ridiculous. Took an hour to withdraw my own money. I understand security but this is crazy.

Went in there twice for verification on a credit card . Provided all the necessary documents, was told specifically by the lady that they didnt need to make a copy of my social security card even though PNC corporate said otherwise . Seems like the left hand doesnt know what the right hand is doing . Needless to say why I do not do my primary banking here . Poorly run staff and disorganzied on the communication with corporate on to the needs of the customer . A complete waste of my time .

Made me wait 20 minutes before someone even acknowledged me. Did a name change on my debit card, told the lady there was an issue with my name for my debit card she didn’t put the spacing right, she said oh don’t worry it will come out correctly when it prints. I leave with my new card and what do you know the name is WRONG! They need better people working here, need better customer service and knowledge of what they are doing.

I had a wonderful experience at this PNC Bank this morning. Sherri-Ann Lopez was so helpful. I had so many questions. She not only answered my questions but when went over and above to educate me on many other items. Thank you so much Sherri-Ann!!
