When I brought my car to them for specific repairs, they had also informed me of work that needed to be done that I was not aware of. At first, I was being cautious and put off the additional work they recommended only to find out that they were right. So, I brought my car back to them some time later for the full scope of repairs they had initially recommended. My car is now driving really well and in good mechanical condition. I feel confident in their guidance about the repairs that my car needs and I feel secure in their workmanship.”

“They’re very thorough. Anytime I’ve had an issue they look for a solution. If WORK was done and I don’t feel it satisfactory they’re more than willing to go back and examine it and see what they can do. I’ve only had that come up once but they took care of the situation and did fine. There was an issue, and it was at no charge. They give you a rundown on the vehicle of what is looking like it needs maintenance versus what is in good shape which gives your records a nice complete amount of information. If you do bring the car in and wait if you have an appointment they’re fairly quick. And I have a nice clean, waiting room where you can actually get some work done while you’re waiting and have some coffee. They seem reasonably priced. I’m not one to leave reviews often but these guys definitely deserve a good five stars they do good work and they value their customers.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement”

“I had an emergency with my diesel truck and called ATO at around 1 PM. They made room for me that day and repaired my issue by 4:30 the same day. I called Ford and never heard a word and still haven't heard back from Ford in two weeks.I also took my truck back to have three more issues repaired, again since Ford could not help and another Ford in Ft Lauderdale wanted an astronomical amount of money.ATO is my new shop for my truck repairs. I had stopped by the dealer, they quoted an outrageous price, and said the rotors needed to be machined. The rotors were just fine.I will trust Mark with all of my future car needs.”

Being a single woman and having to do these types of services always makes me apprehensive and quite frankly, nervous. Not here. I've been coming here for years because I know I'll always be treated great but this morning these terrific men worked on my car, 3 at a time, as if I was one of their own family members. They checked everything thoroughly, fairly, gave me their recommendations and weren't pushy and I felt completely comfortable the whole time from intake to leaving. TA'VON, STEVEN, TERRY, TAFT were all first class, respectful and I felt like I was given their undivided attention. They even threw in a special perk for me with a free car wash coupon to use and reimbursed me for a coupon a had forgotten to hand to them upon checking out but remembered I had I my purse.
