a great hardware store, especially because unlike home depot and lowe's, MOORE'S always has multiple staff available on the floor asking you if you need help. you never have to wander around aimlessly trying to find what you need. go in, get it, and go - fantastic! 5 stars!

I went into the Ace hardware store in Loxahatchee today and asked for a roll of duct tape. They gave me duck tape which is the Ace Hardware knockoff. I took it home and it did not stick. An hour later I tried to return the product with the receipt in hand and they would not give me a refund. The young woman at the cash register was very polite and remembered me. However, the manager was quite rude and obstinate. I will never shop in that over priced hardware store again. Lowes and Home Depot take returns with no questions asked.

Everybody says Stihl is such a superb brand. So i bought my first ever stihl weedeater here. Used it for a good 30 minutes till it stopped working. Took it into the store and asked 40 dollars for it to be serviced by someone. Turns out their guy was on vacation. Then i had to wait 2 weeks to get notified. I actually called and called. They seemed annoyed like the lack customer service skills. Then they say i put bad gas into the machine and its my fault. The money will not be refunded end of story. Ok so i was like no big deal. So i just left store with my weedeater and off to use it i went. Turned out i used it for 15 minutes and that was it. I was very cautious just in case it was my fault. I used new gasoline that wasnt 4 days old like last time with the appropiate mix ratio. Then i just gave up. I just ended up having to go to home depot to get me an echo weedeater. I guess both Ace hardware and Stihl really let me down. I guess nobody will respond to me. They deserve 0 stars actually.

Worst experience and when I returned something I didn’t even get my money back they just kept the item and said they’d send a refund 2 weeks later I still haven’t gotten it they’re rude and have bad customer service workers couldn’t show me where extension cords were and took me around the whole store looking for I could’ve found it easier not asking for help and the cashiers have no respect and can’t count or speak correctly I’ve never had this bad of an experience I’d be better off just going to home depot or the hardware store in wellington they couldn’t help me get a foot of tubing either and their prices are crazy high for things

Been shopping here for YEARS. Very convenient instead of heading into town to get whatever you need. They have pretty much everything you might need except lumber, drywall etc. It is a local hardware store, so big items may be limited if available at all. The ship to store is pretty simple for items they do not have in store. Lots of new faces, but everyone tries to be helpful. Great store.
