“I've been with AT&T for more than 30 years and just moved out to Westlake. I found this store and went in with my new phone asking if they could transfer all my info from my old phone to my new one. They said yes and for some reason I had soooo much stuff it took more than 4 hours to do it. I left my phone there and came back later.All I can say is thank you for taking the time to do what was necessary to get my stuff out of phone A into phone B. They also answered a million questions I had about my new phone because I'm illiterate when it comes to cell phones.PS I thanked them by making Rice Krispie treats for them to enjoy and they loved 'em..........”

“This store was wonderful to work with. The techs are very professional and friendly and above all honest. Had a broken screen on my handset and when I went for my appointment they didn't have any parts for my particular phone but the tech came back and said there might be one coming in their order the next day but it is first come first serve so I left my phone. I waited until late afternoon to call and see if they had received one which they had and had already repaired my phone. Great service and the techs know what they are doing.”

They fixed my screen in about an hour on a saturday. I recommend anyone and everyone to go to them. It's in the Plaza on Okeechobee Boulevard where Royal Subs is across from the turnpike”
“I passed by to ask someone to check my phone which didn't seem to be operating as well as it did before. First when I went in the guy working there instantly remembered me and my phone. He did a couple of quick tests and was anxious to get it right. I had to leave to get back to work and didn't think the issue would be resolved until he contacted me a short while after, and asked if he could continue to help. He performed a new modification on my phone and it ended up working better than before. He really followed though and showed he really cared about the work he was doing...Great Job Ayman!!!
