I had the privilege of having Brian Cuenot and the Cuenot Automotive repair team service my Tacoma. They replaced my air conditioner condenser and all is well thankfully. Cuenot Automotive was skilled, friendly, professional, kind, helpful and thorough thankfully.Similarly, I had vibration issues while driving over the last ten months roughly. It was punishing and frustrating driving my truck, as the local Toyota dealership and another area mechanic were unable to properly diagnose and complete the necessary repairs. They tried balancing the tires, rebalancing the tires, replacing the tires, checking the rims, truck alignment and supposedly examined the undercarriage too without changing the miserable ride. The dealership representative even remarked to the effect saying, “your truck is older and this is likely the new normal.” Sadly, I knew something else was wrong with my truck and I didn’t rest on the so called expertise of the multiple Toyota technicians or the Acreage mechanic that previously worked on my truck.Next, almost as an answer to prayer, I found Cuenot Automotive. Brian and his staff found I needed drivetrain and differential repairs. My truck now rides like new and is sickly smooth. Brian even expressed the vibration issues I was experiencing and described them exactly.I don’t even think the other mechanics ever drove my truck in attempt to diagnose and repair it.Lastly, when I came to pay the bill and pick up my Tacoma, it was washed, dried, wiped down inside and out and vacuumed. Yes! I was simply WOWED by their excellent work and service. Who does those kind of service things today? The answer….only a professional auto repair shop. Thanks for everything Cuenot Automotive!
