I had a wonderful experience replacing a battery and it was all due to Francisco. He is an exemplary employee and a shining example of customer service. I asked him for his honest opinion on a battery and he never tried to upsell me. He was super nice when my toddler wanted to have a chat with him, too.

I was stranded with a dying car battery and my son contacted Auto Zone in Loxahatchee. At first he spoke to John, however when I finally got there I dealt with Matthew! I’m so glad I did! He was extremely helpful and pleasant to work with and he immediately put my mind at ease as he took me step by step through the process while replacing my battery.

I recently was at the Auto Zone in Loxahatchee, FL and had a great experience with a not so great problem with my car. I needed a new battery and help with installing it. The gentleman who was helping me, Jon, was very kind and provided the best customer service. My old battery was not the easiest to get out and there was some problems with it but he handled it with such professionalism. In this day and age, it’s rare to find good customer service so I wanted to acknowledge Jon for his great service. Thank you Jon. If I need anymore car supplies I will be sure to return here.
