I received a galaxy xpro6 with my new enrollment. The phone add indicated the phone is waterproof up to 6 feet. Wife dried the phone in the sink and now doesn't operate. I asked to get it replaced as it's defective. Att response was I broke the terms of the contract and didn't purchase insurance. I would need to pay for this one in order to get a new one. Advertising doesn't mean anything nor does the phone specifications. Don't say you weren't warned.

Store Associates not competent. Matias clearly did not want to be there and acted as though we were keeping him from doing something more important like taking a nap. Had no knowledge of their products or how do a simple upgrade. Turned off our phones and had to reinstall new sim cards in our old phones to turn them back on. Now we are locked out for 48 hours from making any changes.Good reason to switch to anybody but AT&T.

They remind me of car salesmen lie right to your face and add insurances and plans that you do not want. Make sure you have them show it you on paper before you sign up for anything because they wont .

The worst experience ever. I regret my foot crossed the threshold of this store. I wanted to switch two lines from t-mobile and the guy told me he’ll give me a deal. 5 lines instead of 2 for $30 each plus tax. My bill was supposed to be $150 plus tax but I received the bill 3 times bigger than that. He loaded my plan with all add ones without even asking me if I need them or not. He even added insurance on phones that I don’t have. Don’t know where he get that from. I went back to that store so they can fix it they told me they fixed this but they didn’t. Employees in this store don’t know what they’re doing or what’s worse they know what they are doing. You go there to buy a phone and they sell you one but you will receive a bill for 2 iPhones smart watch and iPad. That’s more less what’s happening to me right now.

I've been with AT&T for more than 30 years and just moved out to Westlake. I found this store and went in with my new phone asking if they could transfer all my info from my old phone to my new one. They said yes and for some reason I had soooo much stuff it took more than 4 hours to do it. I left my phone there and came back later.All I can say is thank you for taking the time to do what was necessary to get my stuff out of phone A into phone B. They also answered a million questions I had about my new phone because I'm illiterate when it comes to cell phones.PS I thanked them by making Rice Krispie treats for them to enjoy and they loved 'em..........

I was sitting there waiting for my Chinese food next door and around 6:30 pm I see the employees pull the sign outside and the promo table they have and close the door. I thought weird it's a little early they close at 7:00pm. Then at 6:40pm a customer showed up knocked and said his phone was broken. The employee asked him if he thought he might need a new phone, the customer answered probably yes. The two employees turned him away and said it would take to long to set him up with a new phone. He asked to be help as they didn't close until 7:00pm and he really needed his phone, they told him they don't get paid overtime so they wouldn't help him. I am an AT&T customer and I will not set foot in that store. This was 4/20 yesterday. Unsatisfactory service and behavior.

This store is a fraud The store manager racially profiled me accused me of having fake documents to open up my business account, I placed an order two months ago he flat out told me I never placed an order after they took my payment and failed to provide me with a receipt but the transactions was on my bank statement FRAUD!! Then he had the audacity to tell me to bring my husband to come see him as if he was threatening me smh very unprofessional the customer service is trash I would not advise anyone to deal with him he wouldn’t even provide me with higher management information the cops was called in all....I think his name was Donvan he’s a tall black guy claims he’s the store manager, everyone else is pretty nice there he’s the only this is the 3rd altercation with him and be careful he likes to like on people and claim you stated something that you never did I am actually filing a civil law suit against him.

I was in the store for a few hours and saw the whole staff help every customer efficiently! Everyone there was extremely knowledgeable and helpful! Shane helped us in more ways then one! He was amazing! He had all of the answers to all of our questions and went above and beyond helping us! He even saw we have been over paying and he saved us a lot of money by changing our plan!

I had a wonderful experience buying my new phone. Tabitha was very well detailed in her answers for every question I was asking about my iphone. She made it a very easy process. When it came to transferring my info over she let me go do my weekly publix shopping. By the time I got back, the phone was done and waiting for me! She saw me walking in and handed it to me without even me having to ask! Would definitely recommend Tabitha and any of their representatives as they always take good care of me. Thank you AT&T

Such a horrific experience I don’t even know where to begin. I was verbally attacked by the sales person and felt as if she wanted to challenge me to a physical fight.On 7/24 I went in to ask a simple question about a screen cover. I was ignored for sometime, even though there were 3 sales associates and only 1 other customer in the store. I was not greeted when I entered the store. I waited patiently to ask my question. The first young lady that approached me seemed to be new and went to ask the other girl for help. As soon as I began to explain to this other girl what my question was about. She immediately began a verbal assault on me. She accused me of “talking under my breath” and said that I was “being rude”.She was very aggressive and acted in a manner in which I believe she might physically attack me. Thankfully my husband just walked in and stopped it.I am a 50+ yr old grandmother. I am also visibly bandaged up and in an arm sling from just having major shoulder surgery a few days prior.My husband asked Shane Brasso (the 3rd associate in the store) for the district managers email address and was given the run around that he didn’t know how to contact him and wasn’t sure which of 2 different people was his district manager. It was very clear that they did not want us to be able to contact the district manager to let them know what happened.
