Not a great experience with this group. Felt they didn’t gave me a chance to rescue a little one. I own my house, work from home and I have a fenced yard. I was heartbroken with the experience. I’ll keep looking with other groups that are more inclusive.

Their "dog" got one of their employees killed. And they have the audacity to defend the dog doing the killing. Saying it was mistreated and abused prior without any evidence. Beware of this place, they will clear a dog for adoption and next thing you know you're planning your family's funeral.

DO NOT GO HERE. If I could leave this place no stars I would. This place MISTREATS animals, as well as being very rude and unprofessional. They were also extremely unhelpful when I went to their facility.

Never had such a bad experience with adopting an animal as I did here. They don't care about their animals, they only care about getting money out of you. Horrible people with horrible customer service skills. You should be ashamed.

I responded to a post that they needed fosters I made a comment that they might be too picky because I know of an older woman who contacted them recently after losing her dog one year ago. I was a follower for 4 yrs and she the last 2 years They kind of blew her off since she didn’t have a fenced yard. She was looking for a small dog 8 yrs. Or older to care for and pamper and smother with love. No follow up from them or said they were not interested. She went to another rescue and is now fostering a small dog. She walks the dog 2 times a day and constantly takes the dog out into the back yard on a leash. The dog now sleeps with her in her bed. The dog has issues but she refuses to send the dog back She wants to help the dog adjust and be successfully adopted out. I just said that they lost out on a good foster mom and their picker might be off choosing fosters I suggested they might call the previous vet or references. A few hours later my comments were removed and I was blocked from their site .Wow, if they get offended or triggered by my comment of being too picky and they lost out on a good foster mom, just Wow!!! Didn’t say anything nasty about them Can say again , they LOST out on a great foster mom!!!! Too bad, I’ve always liked their site and thought that they did a good job for the dogs.Edit. She never asked about any particular dog. She just wanted to foster an older small dog.

These folks do a phenomenal job rescuing many abandoned dogs (and cats, I hear) in the Everglades. All are volunteers.I personally know someone who has adopted several labs from them. These are great dogs!

Caring kind loving rescue. All dogs are taken care of as if they were their personal pets. Anything the dogs need to heal and find a great home is done.I am a repeat adopter and wouldn't look anywhere else.Thank you 100+ for all you do.

It was reported in the news that a volunteer named Pam Robb was mauled to death by one of their dogs named "Gladys." I can't imagine it is safe to volunteer or even adopt a dog from this rescue if this sort of tragedy happened.

I would rather have my donation go toward the help of the animals, not toward legal expenses. Look up this rescue in the Broward County, Florida court system. Lawsuit with a volunteer, Pam Robb who is dead by negligence.

Don't listen to those negative reviews, this place is awesome...Amy is very professional & knows exactly what's she's doing...Unfortunately, accidents happen and she was absolultely devistated by it, but she also isn't a dog mind reader and things happen...I had a great experience with her she really does care for these animals and where they end up. No one's perfect but I can tell you she does the best she can in matching up her rescues with the rightful owner and wants nothing but the best for these poor fur babies...And, I found her price extremely reasonable for all that she does for her rescues...I will definately refer her, I thinks she's awesome:)

We had such a positive experience working with Amy and everyone involved with our adoption. We couldn’t have asked for better communication, care, and support during and after the process. What a fabulous experience and organization!

Don't be fooled by this so called rescue, They have blood on their hands! Justice for Pam Robb who was mauled to death due to the lack of care for volunteers. They now have a wrongful death lawsuit against them as they provided no training to the dog and the dog killed her. Your donations will be going to lawyers and to pay for the living expenses of the people who run this rescue as they live in a home donations pay for! Beware and educate yourself on this place before you support them!
