They have a great variety of items that I need and usually have them in stock. Call ahead. We get our horse feed there . And they load it into my truck for me. Always friendly and helpful

I wish I got the young gentleman’s name who helped me on Thursday. He was so patient with me when assisting me with getting chicks. And he even helped me with loading 4 bags of feed on to a cart and into my car while I had my newborn with me. He has excellent customer service and you don’t see that too often these days!

Inventory never matches the web site. How do you not have any of the push lawn mowers, and it reads you have 3 in the app. I understand if it said one, but three! No offer to get the sale price when they find them or get more in. Just a "can't find them, we do not have any". Side note: why does TSC put 1in stock in app, but they can't sell displays? Called two other TSC and they have 1, both stores it is the display.

Everyone in the store is very concerned about doing their job but absolutely no one cares about the customer experience, was told I would need to wait at least a half an hour while the guy unloaded a truck before they could get me two bags of grass seed ,store had plenty of help anyone of them could've walked out and got the two bags or maybe help the guy unloading the truck but I'm pretty sure if you asked any of them it wasn't their job. Home Depot and Lowe's is an equal distance from my house. Just took a wrong turn today.

Same thing every time I go there. Went to buy to 12 fr galvanized gates picked them out could not get anyone to help outside finally go inside pay & the cashier says to me they have delivery & you can get it delivered today she says go to the customer service So I go back to the desk the guy back there was no help after much back & forth he tells me delivery is only for online orders total waste of time no one knows the procedure for deliveries, so I go outside after waiting for some time the worker on the fork lift ask if I needed help yes I do told him I needed the two 12ft gates he says to me with I smirk on his face you know I charge $100 to help yeah ok so I proceeded to wait for my friend to show up with his trailer to load the gates . He gets there we loaded up no one around the worker never came back poor customer service all the way around would not waste my time to ever go back poor attitude’s all the way around there .

My two main complaints about this store are that they don't have somebody to help you with questions or finding anything, and that what they do have is pricey in comparison to other places. I've visited the store at least six times, and five of those times I left without purchasing anything.

A+ customer service. I had ordered a gun safe and there was a huge hiccup. The hiccup cost me a decent amount of money, I was furious. The manager Adam was very helpful and he fixed the problem, he was extremely professional and understanding while doing so. The delivery guys DJ and David were very professional and careful with the delivery. Thank you.

Kinney was the cashier, didn't have to wait in line, he had great customer service and friendly. Joel greeted me and asked what I was looking for, he went in the back and got a 50pound of feed for me and also three bags of bird seed and put it in my cart, that was very nice of him. After checking out he was at the register and pushed my cart out to my car and loaded everything in my car for me. I really appreciated it and love this store and everyone is so nice and helpful!
