Stopped here after being referred by another nearby nursery - I was looking for something specific that they did not have at that moment. Quintessence had what I was searching for and it was quite reasonably priced; both gentlemen I spoke with were very pleasant and I look forward to conducting future business.

This is by far the most beautiful and organized nursery I've seen!! Excellent customer service with one on one individualized attention. Huge selection of plants and even offers herbs/veggies. This is my go to place for plants!

I bought two bougainvillea shrubs a few months ago. One flowered nicely and the other didn't flower. I asked if I could return it for another and he said no and that there are plenty of signs saying no returns or exchanges. I never saw any since it was my first time there. I would never, ever go there again, and it's a very big nursery. His manner was so dismissive.
