Went yesterday and Mirline was the cashier she was so happy and upbeat and pleasant it is always so good to see her! She is very professional and sweet and was very good to see and check out with her!

So we come into this liquor store to buy all of the alcohol for a very large Thanksgiving party, and I asked if I could use the restroom if I could have the key and the lady told me that no we cannot use the restroom to go somewhere else I said well I’ve got like $100 worth of alcohol I’m gonna buy and I can’t use the restroom. She said we really don’t care if you buy it here or somewhere else so we left and I’ll never come Back.

Worst publix, I came here a few days ago and the service is not good, the workers are lazy and made me feel invisible. I was never asked if I needed help when I was standing right next to a worker named Robert, I find this EXTREMELY rude and feel as if I was being ignored by someone who is meant to be there to help and getting paid for it at that. Walking through the store I also seen another worker on their phone by the name of Kellar, you could just tell the young man had no regard for any of his customers or even his manager as he continued on his phone after making direct eye contact with me, VERY disrespectful and unprofessional. Do better publix as a paying customer I should walk in and leave feeling welcomed and having a sense of fulfillment I also work with a lot of different people every day and my team would never be this inattentive to our customers. Nothing is hardly stocked and the shelves are mostly messy and disorganized the only area that looked clean and stocked was the produce section and the people there were very friendly and ATTENTIVE. Workers take advantage of having isles so that they can hide from other staff to use their phones and avoid working.

The reason I decided to pay $5 for whats basically a large hawaiian roll with 1 slice turkey and 1 slice american cheese is because ive never had issues with publix deli before, maybe the location was my mistake on this one.

The deli was chaotic. The women working didn't care about the way I wanted my food prepared, made me uncomfortable for placing an order. Overall, this isn't the first time I've experienced this at this Publix. Again this is the loxahatchee groves plaza. Store # 15625 People shouldn't feel miserable while ordering food. We should be able to enjoy it and be appreciative for people who actually care.

This pharmacy is slow and rude. They have no sense of urgency and it's always a problem when I pick up my prescriptions. They wait until the last minute to do anything and the customer service staff can't seem to resolve their own problems.

Worst Pharmacy ever that I have been too in a Publix! Waiting on kids medicine , pharmacist takes a break to go and speak with a employee. Seriously came here for kids medicine and 45 minute wait unreal..... 5:14 pm on a weekday wednesday.
