We have used this clinic for 11 years. I can't believe the service I received today. I waited 1hour and 45 min to be seen as an emergency walk in for my limping older dog. I was assured I would be "next" but still saw several people come in and get evaluated before me. I left the office after 2 hours and 45 min 500$ later and the front desk person did not feel she needed to apologize for our wait stating it happens "sometimes". This has never happened in the 11 years we have used this clinic. We were always notified of the wait. The worst part is we actually had an appointment for the next day. We could have waited 24 hours and returned or even been told they had an emergency and given the option to visit the local animal emergency room. We received nothing... no options.
I have never left a negative Google review before but this one was necessary.

I appreciate the communication from the beginning to the end of Darlas visits. Both her doctor and vet tech are kind, compassionate, caring, and knowledgeable. They are also patient with our little drama queen. I trust Darla in their care and know she's getting grade A treatment!

Didn’t even stay for my appointment, their website makes you think that they are an actual emergency hospital. Nothing close. Their on a side a of dirt road in the middle of nowhere. Someone waiting there told me that he wasn’t crazy about the place or the staff. Long story short, I drove back to Boca to our old vet. ??Best decision

Worth the drive from broward, kind, knowledgeable staff, you can tell they care about your pets well being and really walk you through all your options. My boy Bruno needed a tumor removed, affordable, qualified and very kind.

Every time I go I have a pleasant experience. They understand my baby is getting old and grumpy. Let me wait in the truck til time to see doc. Let me go back to truck after and wait for paperwork meds and bill. Kayla is very kind patient and understanding. Absolutely love her bedside manner with my baby!!

The staff is always friendly and the environment is very welcoming … they’ve taken care of all my 4 dogs, and will refer me if necessary for specialized treatment (like when my rottie needed eye surgery)

I was a first time customer recently after a bad experience at another vet. This place is great. They seem to really care and not all about just making money. Charged me $900 for a procedure for my cat that I was quoted $4,000 at another vet.
