“It was 4:31pm as we arrived at the pro desk at store #6316 After finding out the pro desk closed at 4:30pm and he can no longer assist, we were directed to customer care. It was then when our afternoon started to get much better thanks to Jodi berrios. Jodi was constantly smiling, upbeat, and most importantly, she went above and beyond to help us. She walked outside with us to find a item number for a fence and even walked over to lumber to assist us (since the guy at Lumber wouldn't).
